Quiet and comfortable
Mosquitos came in the room, maybe through the roof? Need more hangers and a place to dry clothes.

Commnicating with the staff previous to my arrival was hardly impossible.
Better way to contact them aside from email

Everything was wonderful. Very friendly. Close to everything - shopping, beach, bus, etc.
English TV (news) would be better.
