Tudo maravilhoso! A casa é linda e super confortável . Comércio perto e bom. O condomínio maravilhoso . A nossa lancha saia da marina sem problema nenhum. Fomos com quatro criancas e oito adultos. As crianças adoraram. Iamos a praia do condominio a noite a pé c a maior segurança. A iva fez a diferença. Pessoa iluminasa. Super gente boa e excelente profissional.reco.endo p todo mundo. Casa em condomínio com segurança. As fotos refletem exatamente a casa. Contratamos a caseira indicada pelo proprietário que fez toda diferença em nossa estadia. Iva foi muita atenciosa e prestativa. Proprietário acessível e cortês. Com certeza, alugaria novamente.
