Located in Windsor, this attractive condo for $236 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Windsor is located about an hour north of San Franscico. There you can enjoy all the sights without having to pay high city prices to stay there. Located in east Windsor is Foothill Regional Park. This wilderness park is located in the foothills of Sonoma County's Mayacamas Mountains and features nearly 7 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Healdsburg, California is located 10 minutes north of Windsor and has a diverse array of fun things to enjoy as well. The resort features a nice deck or patio. The outdoor pools and spa are heated and open year-round. A Children's pool and play area are conveniently located. Movie rentals are available as well. The resort has limited parking therefore they cannot accept RV’s. Many local activities are available to be enjoyed year-round. Worldmark are the nicest units of any resort or hotel in town. There are many different types of units and dates available. All units are frequently refurbished and modernized. The buildings all have elevators. Enjoy all Windsor and the surrounding area has to offer, then retreat to your fabulous condo. Even though daily housekeeping and room service are not available, a full kitchen with basic necessity’s is. Linens and towels are also provided. Check-in is 5 P.M. plus or minus an hour. Checkout is 10 A.M. Rooms are assigned at check-in, and no substitutions from your original reservation are allowed. All bookings are done through the owner and not the resort so they cannot extend your stay or refund for leaving early. Wyndham does run your credit card at check-in for a $250 security deposit. It is refundable after check-out if there are no damages or charges. This usually takes up to 5 business days to process. Occupancy of is strictly enforced at resort and Wyndham counts all persons regardless of age as a guest, including infants. If you plan to have guests visit you during your stay, be sure to ask the front desk if that is allowed. It is suggested that you obtain Travel Insurance through a reputable agency. I will not be liable for circumstances that are beyond my control such as natural disasters, weather conditions or illnesses. Wi-Fi is typically $4.95 a day for 4 devices. I will give you my password to get up to 8 devices for free. Pool, game room, fitness center and public areas are open. You can enjoy an energic round of Shuffleboard or Ping Pong. Cleaning requirements have affected check in times, so please be courteous and understand that it is taking much longer. We enjoyed staying at World Mark in Windsor during our week long visit to wine country. Property is centrally located and well maintained. The only downside, is that we felt pressured into attending a sales event (we were given a time, but did not attend).

The unit itself was immaculately clean and had most things we would need for our stay. The kitchen lacks cooking oil and spices but the description clearly states so and we brought our own. The decor was lovely and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Our stay was a bit spoilt by 2 things - the unit we were assigned (can't know in advance which unit it will be) was on the ground floor with a 'lovely' view of the parking lot. The main passageway from the parking lot into the building was right by our sliding door/windows (living room and master bedroom), meaning that people were walking by all the time and had a clear view of our living room. As a result, we were forced to keep the blackout curtains closed at all times and could not use the patio that is between the living room's sliding door and the parking lot. No privacy of any kind (no screen, no bushes, no barrier of any kind). We did ask to be moved elsewhere and higher up but the manager told us they were fully booked. Also, somebody left a half finished drink next to our patio floor and it stayed there for the entire 3 days of our stay, even though employees were seen walking by and not picking it up. I had to flag an employee as we were packing our car to leave, to get it removed.

Good value. No frills. Clean. Solid amenities and staff. Second BR is twin beds which is hard to see in the description but it is there. No streaming TV only cable so bring your streaming device to plug in.

Nothing fancy but is clean and has everything you need with comfy beds. I gave 4 stars on communication with property manager because I wanted to change to a 3 bedroom unit and while there were 2 listings on VRBO for a 3 bedroom, she told me there were none available. Due to the nonrefundable term, I was not able to cancel and rebook a larger unit. The check in process was a bit confusing. They should probably explain the process in advance. It also took some time. At the end of the day, the above complaints are minor and I would stay again.

The property is fantastic and the owners are great. Their place was perfect for what we needed and they had excellent communication with me leading up to our stay! The check in process was a bit strange (I had to wait in my car for a long time), however I know it was because of COVID. Overall, excellent property and I would highly recommend staying here!

Love staying at this property. Very family orientated/friendly. Kids LOVED spending time at the pool (which is very nicely heated). Quick drive to many wonderful wine tasting options including our favorite, Preston Farm and Winery. We will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described and the amenities were great. We had everything we needed for our stay - well equipped kitchen and good working outdoor grill. Communication with manager was good and the onsite managers were accommodating in assigning us a place near another unit so we could close to our friends.
