Great location, nice and clean. Good value for money

location- had a pool (although unfortunately closed) close to beach.

no Wi-Fi- but this is stated on their property details pool was closed - but I guess it’s seasonal

In need a refresh

Lots facilities in the kitchen. Comfortable bed. Always had really warm water. Would be good for a family with 2 children.

Location was not a problem but some of the neighbours untidy properties let the whole experience down. 1st impressions of the property was not great. Property smelt of smoke and did not feel clean. Overall the property felt tired since the photos were taken in the advert.

Good

The host was very available and kind and allowed for flexible check in and out. We had a brioche waiting for us on arrival. A sweet gesture :) the house is well furnished very practical with a clever use of the small space. Great for a short stay.

The appartement was in general clean, except the shower area, which was very mouldy with black spots. The owner acknowledged he has plan to to remodel it. There was a faint stale smell of cigarette when entering but it disappeared upon airing out the space. The beds are comfortable and there are all amenities needed.

L’hôte est sympathique.

La piscine était sale et froide, il y avait pleins de feuilles à notre arrivée qui y sont restées 3 jours. Le coin barbecue n’est pas entretenu la mauvaise herbe y pousse, sous les barbecues il y a plein de feuilles qui doivent être là depuis un moment. L’intérieur mériterait un rafraîchissement. La douche est trop petite on se cogne de partout, il faut se baisser pour pouvoir faire son shampoing. À l’étage pareil il faut faire attention à sa tête. Déçus

La location bien que très confortable sentait très fortement le tabac. L'odeur était insupportable, même avec un spray spécialement acheté.
