Nestled in Fernandina Beach, this charming house for $999 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. As seen on HGTV's BEACH HUNTERS !!! Filmed in August 2019 !!! Impress your family, friends, and guest with the only beach front property on Amelia Island which was chosen to be the feature property on an episode of HGTV's Beach Hunters - filmed on location in early August 2019. One of the largest weekly rental beach front homes in Fernandina Beach, Fl, which is located in the more desirable central area of Fletcher Avenue, within walking distance of Sliders and 5 minutes from the historic downtown region. The entire home has been completely renovated in the summer of 2019 with all new flooring, furnishings, and appliances. There are a total 6 bedrooms on 3 different levels totaling over 3600 square feet of heated/cooled living space, as well as, two decks/balconies and a separate, large, two car garage building. This property is even more amazing than it appears in the photos - it is available for viewing before you rent by contacting us. The first floor boast a theater room with a Samsung 82 inch 4K high definition TV, six power theater chairs, and a queen sleeper sofa - great for those occasional rainy days! There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom # 1 has 4 full size (not twin size) bunk beds with 1 pull out trundle bed which can easily sleep 5 adults - a great room for kids. Bedroom #2 on the first floor has a king size bedroom suit. The second floor has the living area, kitchen, bathroom, entertainment nook, access to the second floor deck and bedroom #3 which has a queen size bedroom suit. The living room has a 72 inch high definition Samsung TV and sound bar. The second floor deck leads to the walk way to the beach. The walk way also includes an enclosed wooden shower with hot and cold running water - great for rinsing off after a long day on the beach! The third floor has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #4 (the second master) has a king size bedroom suit, a walk-in closet and private bathroom. Bedroom #5 is small but has a queen size bedroom suit. The master bedroom is bedroom #6 which has a king size bedroom suit, sitting/entertainment area with an additional queen size sleeper sofa, a large private master bath with a large walk-in closet. The 3rd floor private balcony is accessible only from the master bedroom. The property is available for weekly rental throughout the year. It is available for long term rental during the off season from January through April. As mentioned, the home is located on the beach in the more desirable central area of Fletcher Avenue. Driving is not allowed on the beach where this property is located which is much more desirable than a home where driving is allowed on the beach, due to the public crowds in these areas, not to mention the risk for children where the public is allowed to drive. The property is located within walking distance to Sliders - either by sidewalk or by a walk on the beach........ we recommend traveling by sand! This property only rents for a 7 day minimum in the months of June and July, during holiday weeks, as well as the week of the Ritz Concourse car show and the week of the Shrimp boat festival. You can always inquiry if less days are desired, which may be possible at times due to other existing reserved dates when less than 7 days are available. Please send an "inquiry" only, not a "booking request" on this property to further discuss availability before sending a booking request if you are requesting less than 7 days during the months of June and July, and/or during a holiday week.

This was a perfect house for our large family. Location was great. Close to restaurants, downtown Fernandina, even the local park for some pickleball. Kitchen is fully equipped and they give you plenty of bath and beach towels. We enjoyed the large back porch (has plenty of seating).
Would recommend this house and hope to stay there again.

Fabulous location, close to everything but with the ocean in your backyard. Plenty of space, there were 15 adults in our party, room for all. The beds were better than average. Excellent washer & dryer, large fridge. Tons of beach towels, plenty of outdoor seating.
No cars are allowed on the beach behind the home, which was nice. Owners addressed any issues immediately.

We had a great time. Kitchen was really well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The beach views and the sunrise were spectacular. Plenty of toys for the kids and beach chairs for the adults. We would rent again if we come back to Fernandina.

The house was just as described. Clean, big, and on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook right there. The TV’s were new and big. The selling point for us was the huge back deck that was on the beach. You can’t beat that view. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our different activities. We would definitely come back to this house.

Overall we had a great time with family and the house was very nice and accommodated our needs. As far as negatives, some of the TV's didn't function properly and we lost connection a few times with DirecTV but eventually were able to get reconnected. First impressions driving up to property was a little disappointing. Not sure if owners are aware but overgrown shrubs and weeds looked like it wasn't kept up. Could use some work so it's more inviting upon arrival. Overall stay was a 4 out of 5.

This home has everything you will need for a wonderful beach vacation and more! The home owners have thought of everything from plenty of bath towels, to beach chairs and a well stocked kitchen! Our entire family had more than enough room to spread out and have our own spaces. However, the layout and well thought out decor gave us cozy family time as well. The views from the second and third floor are phenomenal! I also cannot say enough about how great the location is either. You are not only steps away from the beach, but you are literally a very short walk to restaurants. We will definitely be back! This home has more than you need to have a memorable, relaxing beach vacation!

We stayed here with our whole family of all age ranges and it was really a perfect place. The place was nice and clean. It had just about everything you would need-beach towels, toys, chairs, kitchen items. You can’t beat the ocean front view from the huge deck and upper deck! We will definitely consider coming back!

Space galore...fully stocked kitchen...incredible views...fantastic location.....the most comfortable recliners in LR...what more could we ask for? 7 adults had the best time enjoying each other's company, sitting on the deck with the gorgeous views! Crystle and Stan are the BEST hosts and so easy to deal with. If you're going to Fernandina Beach....this is where you want to stay!!

Absolutely perfect vacation home in the ideal part of Fernandina Beach. The property is stunning from the inside/out and dealing with Crystle (property mgr) was a complete pleasure and they were beyond accommodative with all our requests. The house easily fit 6 adults and 4 kids with more than enough space. The location/views are second to none. The bedrooms were all great size and very clean. The decks are incredible and the proximity to the beach is perfect. Highly recommend and will be booking again.

It was absolutely a beautiful home on the beach with fantastic views of the ocean from the beach and the decks too. We saw dolphins swimming by and also caught a glimpse of some whales. The moon & the sunrise/sunsets were amazing! The house was very comfortable for our large family group and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to make great home cooked meals and so much more. We enjoyed a Very Special 50th Wedding Anniversary and also celebrated 3 Birthdays while we’ were there ❤️! Our family will always have special and very fond memories to cherish from our visit at this beautiful beach home!! We Highly Recommend this Beach Home it was awesome 😎👍🏻!! J/RBrooke & Family

We (6 adults, 5 children) enjoyed our Christmas week at the beach in this home. Good access to the beach, restaurants, and bike riding. Due to the extreme cold weather, an exterior pipe burst, and the owner and manager responded quickly, even on Christmas Eve. Thanks!

This beachfront house was outstanding! The house had everything we needed for our stay and the location could not have been better. The hosts, Crystal and Stan, are incredibly responsive and make themselves available should you need to contact them during your stay. This is definitely a house that we will stay in again when we travel back to Amelia Island.

We were a group of 70 year old women who are high school friends. We loved the location, the kitchen was well stocked and the back outside balcony had such a beautiful view. The house was decorated for Christmas which added to our festive annual get together.

House had plenty of space/bedrooms for our large group (80th bday celebration for family) . It was a perfect location. We had some trouble with the heating/air conditioning unit but owner helped to trouble shoot it. Loved the outdoor deck/fireplace..Nice to be right on the beach; turtles came up the dunes regularly to greet us. Would recommend this place to anyone

I booked this place for a reunion with college friends and it was perfect! It was too windy to hang out on the beach so we spent hours on the deck enjoying the ocean view and the fire pit. The house was comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. We had drinks at Sliders Seaside Grill and Hammerhead Beach Bar, both of which are within a block away. We also enjoyed walks on the beach and Egans Creek Greenway, and downtown is an easy drive away. I would definitely stay here again!!

The listing photos gave the impression of a much larger home. The tub drain in the lowest level was clogged, mice droppings in upper kitchen cabinet, and a roach on kitchen counter. Some basic cosmetic maintenance would have improved the impression of the property. Carpet on both staircases needed cleaned or replaced. The location was great. The hot/cold shower on the walkway was a really great with young children coming off the beach.

Everything was perfect -- fabulous property on the beach, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, everything the chef needed from grill to good knives, comfy comfy beds! And all the necessaries provided! Crystle and Steve took care of all our requests immediately and on call 24/7. Everything was really wonderful! Our family raved over the house (one is an interior designer). We really enjoyed the property. Our 50th anniversary celebration/ family reunion was the best party ever in a fabulous venue.

We absolutely loved our stay! We visited Amelia Island for a family wedding and were incredibly happy with our experience at Crystle’s home. She was a delight to work with and was very responsive and accommodating. The home was very clean and incredibly well appointed. It had everything we needed and much more! Everyone kept commenting on how they’d never stayed in such a well supplied VRBO. There were plenty of beach towels, kitchen accessories for cooking and serving a large family, and many beach chairs for our large group. We were so impressed with the beach toys available for children to use and the pack and plays and toddler chairs. 10/10 would recommend and we hope we have the opportunity to stay again!

Another great week!
This is the third year in a row we have stayed here. It never disappoints. The house is spacious, nicely furnished and has all the kitchen utensils you will need. The tv’s throughout are great, especially for the kids on the occasional rainy day.
The owners are great and very responsive to any needs. We could not be happier with our stay.
I guess the best way I can say it is all the grown children and grandchildren asked me to reserve the house for the same week next year. I will do so!

13th Birthday Trip
This is our 3rd VRBO rental in Amelia Island and by far our favorite property. It was spacious and comfortable. Perfect for everyone to spread out and have space. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to wake up in the morning. The house was quiet on each level so one was bothered by either late nighters or early risers.
The kitchen literally had every possible thing you could need. The beach is beautiful and it was easy walking back and forth to the beach. Even with not perfect weather we spent everyday on the beach.
Crystal our host was easily accessible for any questions we had.
We highly recommend this property.

Our family had a wonderful week at the beach. The home owners are very attentive and friendly. We had a couple issues, but overall it was a fantastic trip and we feel good about renting from Crystle again in the future.
