The location of this property was perfect for our needs. The room was quiet, clean and bright and, the beds were comfortable. We could have used an extra layer of blankets and they probably would have brought us some if we had called. Most of staff, especially at the bar, were helpful and kind.
I ordered a bagel one morning and it tasted like freezer burn and they had run out of jam. Also, the back entrance on Keap Street is very narrow. Use great caution when exiting in your vehicle.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel lobby was stylish, and had great ambiance. Service, especially Chandler, at the front desk was excellent. Breakfast was tasty.

The proximity to subway was perfect. Williamsburg was easy access to upper/mid Manhattan and had so many cool places to see. I love the comfort and design of the hotel too upscale without feeling The hotel itself is a perfect location for Brooklyn activities without being too close to the overly stimulating DT or Manhattan itself.
Honestly nothing to add to that I didn’t get to see the pool but would like to next time.

My air conditioning made a strange rattling sound the first night. I asked for it to be fixed or the room changed and it was fixed for the second night. However, on the third night it went again, again it was fixed and then on the fifth night it went again. On top of that on the morning I was checking out my fire alarm went off for no reason.
