Very well located. Simple, efficient and clean! Comfortable beds and amenities. The automated window curtains was a great touch giving lovely views of the city and still black out at night. Fast check in/out
* No key card required in the elevator to access guest floors. As a solo traveler, this felt uncomfortable.
* Digital room key can be unreliable and occasionally required a trip back to reception.
* Limited staff at reception during evenings/nights.
* Water bottles are not replenished daily.

Amazing place to stay in LES. Brilliant location, amazing food and restaurants. The comfiest pillows ever. Great hot shower, although the water did go all over the floor. Nice amenities and lovely staff.
Not didn’t like, but thicker towels and more water available would’ve been ideal. It didn’t have room service which would have been the cherry on top.
