Amazing hotel in the heart of LES!

My husband, adult daughter, and I had a double double room. Since our reservation was for 10 days, the hotel put us on the 14th floor. Stunning views of Manhattan! We were awed by the sunrises and sunsets. Tickled that the Empire State and a building I don’t know the name of showed up in Knicks colors (this was during the playoffs). The hotel is perfectly situated in the Lower East Side. Lots of good eateries. Easy walking distance to the Delancey/Essex and Grand St. MTA stations. The only drawback was that, with so many rooms to clean, housekeeping often didn’t get to our room until later in the day. It was okay, we waited in the lobby or nearby bar until they were finished. The hand wash and body lotion smell amazing!

I had an amazing stay at The Merchant LES Hotel in New York. I truly made use of all the facilities during my visit, including the coffee shop, restaurant, and rooftop bar, and everything exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was modern, elegant, and welcoming.
One of the biggest surprises was how spacious the room was, especially for NYC. The room was beautifully designed, modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable.
What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. They really made me feel welcomed and taken care of.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York.
