Easy access to subway / union square, vibrant area. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact but well designed, beds extremely comfortable!
Street hotel located on is a little rougher. ( but still felt safe) interior hotel hasn’t many windows and decor slightly nuclear bunker like! We arrived sat night and was very busy with bar upstairs… bit like arriving at clubbing venue! Very modern and served us as a family with exception that we were not allowed to take kids ( 18,16, 12 years) up to the amazing rooftop bar space. ( licensing law)

The location was great and so were the facilities: gym, bar & cafe
I think it’s overpriced for the size of the room. Definitely not worth the cost as the location is not THAT upper class that it warrants that price

It had a cool vibe, the bed was comfortable and the ac was efficient.
The staff seemed disinterested in helping or doing any kind of work. When I called the front desk to ask if I could check in early In was on hold for 11 minutes until I hung up and called back. When arrived and I got to the front desk I was not greeted, and it seemed I was more of an inconvenience wanting to check in.
The next day I had checked out and left my luggage at the front desk. When I came back to get it I had to wait 20 min for the bag to be brought from storage. And then they didn't ask if I needed my parking voucher validated. I remembered after I had already left and had to go back to ask.
