Location bed comfortable

Property location was great and close to NYU. Loved that there was a cafe and bar in the hotel.
It was quite noisy at night. They will provide earplugs at request but sort of inconvenient being directly across from the Warby Theater

It had a cool vibe, the bed was comfortable and the ac was efficient.
The staff seemed disinterested in helping or doing any kind of work. When I called the front desk to ask if I could check in early In was on hold for 11 minutes until I hung up and called back. When arrived and I got to the front desk I was not greeted, and it seemed I was more of an inconvenience wanting to check in.
The next day I had checked out and left my luggage at the front desk. When I came back to get it I had to wait 20 min for the bag to be brought from storage. And then they didn't ask if I needed my parking voucher validated. I remembered after I had already left and had to go back to ask.
