The access is excellent using the code system as you don't have to worry about finding someone to give you cards or keys. The room was quiet even though we were in a busy part of lower east side. The kitchenette is handy and has everything we needed
Somewhere to be able to unpack a suitcase when staying for a week or so, either hanging space or somewhere to be able to leave a suitcase open to act as a wardrobe. But this seems to be a problem with all accomodation these days. Pillows where pretty hard. Also if you are staying for more than a few days a housekeeping option would be great.

Kasa Latern ligt in een levendig gedeelt van de Lower East Site. Met vintage shops, bakkers, deli’s en restaurants op loopafstand. De metro verbinding naar alle delen van New York is uitstekend.

Great value, size and comfort. We traveled with our dog so it was good space for a couple and a dog in the king bed room. Room stayed quite warm without our effort so hoping AC equally kicks in when the warmer months begin.
Some fixtures were wobbly but brought it to management’s attention so we would not be faulted for damage and charged.

The property was clean and very private. I wouldn’t really even know it was there unless you were looking for it. The rooftop view was nice as well.
