the room was spacious and the views were lovely. the elevators were very slow. the location was great. the staff was great. the restaurant-bar was very nice.
some things were not so great: the usb-socket did not work. the water went down very slowly in the sink.

Amazing location in the heart of Williamsburg, surrounded by great cafés, bars and restaurants. The hotel is modern, stylish and clean. We had a balcony with an incredible Manhattan skyline view. The rooftop is a highlight, and we loved the little extras like City Bike passes, free luggage storage and activities such as rooftop yoga.
The shower kept leaking onto the bathroom floor. It didn’t seem broken, but rather poorly designed. Some parts of the bathroom layout also felt a little impractical. The rooftop can get quite loud due to parties until around midnight, but this didn’t bother us too much.
