Fantastic room, very well presented with views over east river. Great location, 15 mins walk from Grand Central meant easy access to everything.
Kitchen workspace a little limited but not and issue.

The best part of the hotel stay was the staff at the front desk. They were always accommodating and very pleasant. They allowed for a very early check in in and I was grateful for that.
The TV's-they never worked properly and impossible to figure out getting the channels or channel guide, Even one of the staff I had to call to help me acknowledged they get a lot of calls on this issue. The batteries needed changing on the bedroom remote. The bathroom vent did not work-so you take a shower and the mirrors are fogged up. Kitchen-an outlet not working. This is a very old building so they need to do more maintenance checks on these suites to be sure all is properly functioning.
