The room was always clean, tidy, and very spacious. Loved everything about the hotel: location, staff, facilities. Even check-out time is fair and convenient. Lovely and friendly staff, always helpful and nice. Will definitely be back.
The only thing that was not to our liking is that we could hear everything from the room next to us - we woke up to screaming children at 7:30 AM everyday unfortunately, but we didn't ask to change rooms or mention it to the hotel staff so that's on us. Nothing bad about the hotel itself!

Rooms are huge for NY. Nice staff. I was here for work so was barely in the room but to sleep, would be great for a family because of how spacious it was
The style is certainly dated but the property itself is great and convenient.

Location: Perfectly situated for exploring NYC, shopping, and dining out.
People: Fantastic - friendly, professional, exceptionally helpful, and welcoming.
Comfort: The bed was comfortable, and despite the central location, the room was relatively quiet, allowing for restful sleep. The room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and whenever we required anything else, the hotel team was happy to help. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay.
Wi-Fi: There was virtually no internet access throughout our entire week-long stay. We were informed in advance about a scheduled maintenance day, but ironically, that was the only day the Wi-Fi worked reasonably well.

Bobby and Carlos went out of their way to assist us with luggage and transportation needs
Michael at Front desk completely unflexible regarding our request for a late check out at 3 pm despite our having paid for 2 nights for a one night,2 days stay, despite written request in advance, very rigid and refused to go the extra mile for guests.
