Amazing location for shopping and restaurants in the Marais. The room was spectacular, very comfortable, spacious and completely soundproof. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I found this hotel and can’t wait to go back.

The location was very good and the lady who received us at the reception was super friendly and helped us make a last minute change that made our stay great. The one bedroom apartments were spacious enough but we took two. The area was safe with a lot of eateries and bars and was safe to walk . We had a very great stay partly because of the warm welcome and comfy beds as well as the obligatory nespresso machine.
The lift like in most places in Europe was miniscule so you have to choose if you would like to take the stairs. This is nobodys fault though. I think our stay was great

The hotel was exceptionally clean, had nice decor and was in a fantastic location. The staff was also very friendly.
We were four adults and had booked a suite with two bedrooms and two double beds. However, when we arrived, they said they only have rooms with one double bed and one sofa bed - which for adults is not ideal! We would not have booked this hotel if the bed type was labeled correctly. And as predicted the sofa bed was awful. It was shaped like a 'U' with no support in the middle and extremely squeaky. We hardly slept. If you are only two adults, this hotel would be great but do not book for four adults.
