The apartment 4, Kapitänsdeck starboard, is located in the 2. Upstairs right and has about 70 square meters, with 1 bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed and a spacious kitchen with separate dining area and a fold-out double bed. The living room has a large HDTV with cable channels available. The apartment is equipped for the use of smartphones and computers with its own wireless access point, which ensures a good and stable reception. The apartment has a bathroom with tub and integrated shower. The kitchen is equipped with a Vierplattenherd with oven, a microwave and of course with coffee maker, kettle and toaster and a fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment, a smoking area is available in the yard. Bed linen and towels are available to our guests free of charge. The beds are made fresh upon arrival. Children's beds and high chairs are subject to availability free of charge (please specify when booking).

Our quiet apartments are located in the old town, in close proximity to the Old Market. The theater and the town hall are 2 min. away. If you arrive by car, parking is available at a special price of € 7.00 per day in the nearby car park. With our registered day ticket or multi-day ticket you can leave the parking garage as often as you like on the paid days and drive on again.

Check in went smoothly. We needed to communicate with the owner via What'sApp about a missing clothes drying rack and a mop head that we needed after an accidental spill. Also, toilet flushing mechanism broke during our stay--but fortunately the owner repaired it promptly. We were not clear about whether we needed to resupply our own toilet paper--which we did. Mattresses in the master bedroom do not separate--they are in a king bed frame. Other beds were comfortable enough for a short stay. Kitchen was well-equipped. The unit is up 2 flight of fairly steep stairs. And there is a nice neighborhood pub on the ground floor with a very friendly owner--we met some very interesting people there.
