Wonderful condo with beautiful views! We had beautiful weekend, beach was perfect. Located right on the ocean and close to everything: Boardwalk and Broadway. The condo was clean, spacious for our group. Really wonderful experience in Myrtle Beach!

The unit is exactly as advertised. Spacious, great for kids, and recently remodeled. However the building is worse for wear. The only employee for the building is across the street. In the week we stayed there, trash was left in the trash rooms and hallways. Sand in the elevators, common areas and hallways was also left for days at a time. More the half of the water aspects for the lazy river and splash pad weren't working and one hot tub had sat green and broken for much more than a week. Trash had started to gather inside it. The pool area is also not checked or cleaned, chairs left all over the place, beer cans and other trash left about for days. Guests, including my wife spend time cleaning before setting up. There is also a corner of the patio covered in sand. Light fixtures in the pool area also not working or coveres missing entirely. Fencing around the pool and Resort also broken. When speaking to some other guests that stay regularly, they mentioned that throughout the years it has been a rapid decline. Next door to this building is the "Sandy Beach Resort", looks much better upkept and the splash pad for the kids is much bigger. If I was a unit owner I would be very upset. Great condo! Terrible building.

Pros: LOCATION, scenic beauty from living room, overall cleanliness (we did find snack trash under an end table while picking something up off the floor), beautiful heater/fireplace, quiet building for Christmas.
Cons: Kitchen has all appliances but if you are going to cook, plan on shopping for EVERYTHING (foil, plastic wrap, spices, cleaning products such as 407, a sponge, etc.). We were provided ONE kitchen towel, dishwashing detergent and a piece of a sponge measuring 1 1/2 in. by 3 in. and about 1/4 of an inch thick, as well as one dishwasher tab. This is our first VRBO stay in over 25 years that had such sparse supplies on hand. Beautiful bathrooms but TERRIBLE OUTDATED shower heads that were useless. The water pressure was good everywhere except the shower. It was practically impossible to rinse off with the water pressure.

Our family enjoyed the condo as well as the resort! Plenty of space for two 8 yr olds and mom and dad. Great pool and lazy river. The location was perfect as we could walk to the pier for dinner or walk to GIGi’s for pizza and ice cream! Will stay here again.

If you are looking for a family vacation spot, you couldn’t ask for a better location! Steps from the beach and a block from Family Kingdom!The condo was as advertised and the host was very responsive and clear in her communications! The resort itself could have been more on top of keeping the pool areas and kids splash pad areas clean but outside of that, everything was fantastic!

Beach Front
If you want to be ON THE BEACH, this is the property for you. The building has beach front access and 2 pools (one for kids), lazy river and 3 jacuzzis. The location is walking distance to the board walk and conveniently located in the center of all the action. Overall a great place to stay, we are planning on staying here again. The owner Jennifer was very helpful and always available to answer any questions.

The property was great! It had a fantastic view and was very clean! Jennifer was great to work with and addressed our wants and needs. The area wasn’t what I was expecting for my kids. It could have been because it was “bike week”. It was crowded and a lot of parties. We managed to make the best of the situation and still had fun!

Wonderful Stay
The condo was very impressive and felt like home. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, right on the beach. My family really enjoyed our week long vacation/birthday celebration. The owner was spectacular; staying in constant contact with me prior, during and after our stay. This will definitely be our preferred condo for future visits to the beach.

With all going on in the world, my family needed respite. we found it here. the condo was exactly as shown. It was well stocked. View is amazing. It is close to lots of things and a mile walk to the boardwalk on a beautiful path. The few questions we had the owner promptly answered. We would stay here again. It was a real blessing.

Very very clean condo. Everything you need is there.Great view ,close to entertainment, on the pier. Beach,good restaurants. This condo is in a great location and a very good manager. Hope that is available when we are ready to go to Myrtle Beach this summer and next winter . 5STAR for sure

Problems with our stay, with no resolution from owner.
Our largest issue was that there was construction going on with the indoor pool during our stay. This woke us up earlier in the mornings with noise vibrating up through the walls of the building, and interfered with our ability to enjoy the balcony during the mornings.
In addition, 2 of the 3 mattresses (the king and one of the queens) desperately need to be replaced and are not supportive in any way any more -- very soft. I would especially not recommend them for a couple or a larger individual.
The unit had some cleanliness issues here and there, and the kitchen was poorly stocked for cooking -- not enough utensils, no measuring spoons/cups, no peeler, nothing to put in the oven except a very old, small cookie sheet. If you are only eating out or heating up food in the microwave, it would be fine as the number of plates/glasses, etc. is fine. If you need/want to cook, I wouldn't recommend this unit. FYI, you will receive trash bags, and a few laundry/dishwasher pods. No liquid dish soap is provided. And be forewarned, the dishwasher overflowed the last time we used it, onto the kitchen floor.
There is no guide to anything in the unit, so there's no way to figure out what channels are on the TV in the living room. I finally figured out there's an actual channel, if you scroll around, that has the listing of channels/shows. The TV in the queen bedroom did not work.
Pros: Plenty of linens in the bathrooms, living room furniture is comfortable, views from the unit are spectacular, balcony furniture is sufficient and good for 2 people to sit out there, the unit is not "over-decorated" and crowded. We did enjoy the beach in December with few people and great shell-hunting.
I approached the owner with our issues after our stay. She wrote a very long letter about everything she was going to do to fix the problems and upgrade the units. However, when I politely asked her for a partial refund (twice) for the issues with our stay, she ghosted me. She will not reply.

Great location!
Location, check-in, room access was great, beach toys and strollers was supplied for the children. However there was some things that I didn’t enjoy such as, the bedroom needs a new mattress, there was a queen size sponge mattress pad on a king size bed and I could feel the outer wiring. There was no battery in the smoke detector nor the tv remote control. In the master bedroom. The indoor jacuzzi on the 1st floor was green.

Family vacation
We had a great vacation staying at Jennifer’s property! The condo was perfect for our family of 6! Everything was as described. Great condo for a great price! The only negative was the WiFi is spotty. WiFi disconnects every 5 mins or so which caused us to go over on our data plan incurring a $60 charge. Yikes! Overall I would stay again at this condo!

We enjoyed our family vacation!!!! The Condo was nice with a great view of the ocean. Only thing I hated was the pots and pans were cheap so it was hard to cook because everything kept sticking. Other than that great spot in Myrtle Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer's place. We spent most of our time enjoying the sun and listening to the surf on the balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and stores, great location.
