The condo was ideal location for our group of 4 with a dog, less than 5 min to beach (great for lunch, having a RR, etc), and walking to restaurants and shops of Siesta Village. It is cute and creative use of small space, well stocked in kitchen, 2 wagons, 2 coolers, 3 beach chairs. I would suggest a slim cabinet to store mop, bucket, and broom instead of those out, and the couch and master mattress need updating for comfort, no way anyone could sleep on the couch. Our days were great and we enjoyed the beach and village, our first trip to SK. I would honestly give it 5 stars had the people above us not been nightly torture. The biggest negative honestly is the upstairs. This first floor condo has a ceiling height under 7 ft. So get a party of 8 and all the people they bring in the upstairs condo and it’s not a good time at 1:30 -2 am for you below with loud footsteps, voices, etc, and worse when there are parties late into the morning hrs, and other “activities” in the bedrooms above your own. If the people above are party all night and sleep all day, you will not get rest unless you are same. I did contact the host about the issue and got no response on how to handle that, which I interpreted as we were on our own. So we had to put up with late night excessively loud noise, vomit left on the sidewalk all week, etc. Again, something to consider! It was certainly a trade off, but shouldn’t have been. If you were traveling with another family, and they are renting the above, problem solved, otherwise bring earplugs and some melatonin!

Wonderful Place!
I loved the location of this property and how well it is maintained and remodeled. The owner also left for me a small laundry detergent bottle and a bottle opener and a nice little goodie bag. Communication with the management company was seamless and responsive. Totally recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We had a fabulous time here. The property management company was great and very communicative. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We had a fabulous time here. The property management company was great and very communicative. Our property was neat and clean and we had everything we needed. Even our own washer and dryer. My husband and I stayed at this property for a week with his best friend from childhood. We had a marvelous time, and the location was just perfect! Two blocks to the beach, and two blocks to get into town. We rented a car for the week and never used it!
The unit itself is beautiful. Stocked with everything you could possibly need (except cocktail glasses and coffee filters. Lol) there were plenty of dishes and glasses and silverware. We were just looking for smaller glasses, but we adjusted and everything was fine.
The two bedrooms and two baths are quite roomy and have enough space to storw away your clothes and gear. It worked perfectly for us.
If I had to find some negatives, it would be this: the showers in both bathrooms look gorgeous! But whoever designed them clearly didn’t know what they were doing. There is no rubber seal on the doors or at the bottom, so no matter what you do, the bathroom floor will get flooded. Every. Single. Time. But hey, they look pretty.
Also, we were in the lower unit, and there is very little insulation between that and the upper unit. For the first half of our stay, it sounded like a herd of elephants was upstairs, and like they were dragging bodies all over the apartment! Then it sounded like there was construction with pounding and hammering. They moved out on Sunday, and we were there till Tuesday. The second group that moved in was a family with four children. They were lovely people, but you cannot keep four children from running around and making noise. I get it. I have kids. They were very quiet in the evenings, I must say!
All in all, I would highly recommend this unit. And I would love to go back there and stay again. It’s one of the nicest locations I’ve ever had the pleasure to call home for a week. Do yourself a favor and rent it if you can!

Fantastic condo and service!
We recently stayed at this beautiful condo. The property was, clean, steps from the beach, and the rental company was awesome! We had a couple of small issues while staying on the property and they were resolved swiftly. They also left us a bag full of goodies that you might need to get your vacay started. I would highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Siesta Key Village.

This property was clean. Short walking distance to access 3 on the beach and to the village. The backyard was covered with seashells so tough to walk on. Also had to wait awhile for warm water for the shower. The property managers were great. They were accessible and quick to respond to any needs. Would stay near again

The well equipped kitchen, living room and outdoor seating made it easy to have a COVID- friendly Thanksgiving dinner with near by family. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs and all that was provided. It was really a great spot and I would rent it again in a minute- the only thing I would say is that an additional AC unit would help with better cooling for the living/dining space.

Perfect location! Easy walk everywhere. Condo was very cute and extremely clean! Very nice having the entire back yard to ourselves. Host was very friendly when I called to ask a question. We’ve stayed many places on the island and this is one of our favorites!

Great place; awesome location
This home was exactly as advertised. Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very easy to get on the beach. Immaculately cleaned. Property manager, Kim, was very responsive and easy to work with. The only negative I could say about the location is you can hear the people above you walking. We didn’t hear music or tv but footsteps and vacuum were definitely heard. Fortunately it was not a real bother to us. I would definitely rent here again.

Great location to beach and downtown. The beds could be replaced as everyone was complaining of backaches. Very clean until we found dirty underwear under the bed from previous people.
