I liked the attention to detail. We were given a tour of the facility when we arrived and given explanations of available services. Loved the available amenities for the beach which were included in the price: beach wagon, beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers, bicycles and beach towels. The rooms themselves were renovated, clean, and comfortable. Access to the beach was right across the street. Very few people in that area of th beach. We were a half mile from the Village, there were shops, restaurants and bars. You could walk, drive or use the trolly system.

Gabe was a terrific host. The attention to detail was incredible. Bikes, beach gear including lovely beach towels. The Cabana was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. We’ll be back and tell our friends. Most importantly, across from the beach.

Paige turns into family reeeeeal fast and just made us feel so at home! The whole place is so stinkin’ cute, coastal vibes and furniture that I felt like I would be proud to have in my own home (not flimsy, cheapy type furniture but well placed and thought out SOLID furniture). It is super close to ALL the important things on Siesta…the Shopping & eating/drinking Village and the powder white sand beaches. The pool was warm and amazing to float around in and the little fire pits all around were just wonderful to sit around and chat. The bedding is all amazing, ZERO sore backs here and sheets I tried to shove in my suitcase (JK…but for REAL…SO GOOD!) Also something we notice in every other FL stay we have had is that mildew, humidity, stale smell that just seems to be in so many of the buildings close to the ocean. NOT HERE! Everything feels fresh and clean (you feel ok walking barefoot even!) and the smell follows suit! How that matters? But it MATTERS right?!? Even the water pressure was great in the shower! When we headed to the beach, EVERYTHING YOU CAN POSSIBLY IMAGINE NEEDING…IS HERE! Coolers with ice provided, chairs, shelling equipment, floaties, towels, umbrellas and even beefy sand wagons to haul everything to the beach in! Personalized welcome notes…Paige LITERALLY thinks of EVERYTHING!!!
