not good, needs renovating

Location was ok, near to the street with many restaurants and direct bus connection. Wi-fi was ok.

It didn't look particularly inviting on the pictures too, but villa is old and looks like a museum of old furniture. Lost in last century. However, it has a video surveillance to remind us of this century. Two sofas in the living room do not live up to the title, are of the worst quality, and not adequate for sleeping, thus it is a bit of a misinformation to promote this as a place for stay for four people. Also, ants seem to be running everywhere, you can call this living room a "Ant Motel". Host (or caretaker) seems to be paranoid that the guests will take, break or demolish something in this already run-down place (or in delusion that is a luxury villa) and took a deposit of 200e in advance from us, just in case that something might go wrong. He also seemed only interested in informing us about the rules of sorting out the garbage. There are some ridiculous billingual instructions in the villa for the guests, and also one for the toilet, which has a really bad flush. Towels were not changed, nothing was cleaned at all during the stay. There is no air conditioner, and the circulation of air with fly screens on all windows is really difficult at night. All in all, it is not much cheaper than what you can find in Olbia in summer (which is also very overpriced) and our advice is to look out for something decent for this money.

Super séjour !

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants. L’appartement est spacieux, la terrasse est un vrai plus. Nous avions une voiture, ce qui rendait l’emplacement parfait comme point de départ pour aller n’importe où sur l’île.
