Excellent
Home type atmosphere compared to hotels.

House is organized and welcoming. Friendly and responsive host with genuine concern for guests to have a comfortable stay.
The extra steps after booking (request for identification and security deposit) are a bit inconvenient and uncommon nowadays. Nevertheless, it is understandable and it is clearly specified in the property listing.

Just about everything! Jeffrey and Tatyana were amazing. Our luggage was misplaced by the airline and jeffrey was an absolute star in communicating with the airline to get it back. Helped with transfers and information on the local area and also with the islands we wanted to visit. Cannot recommend highly enough
