Lovely little place to stay

Very modern, clean, good facilities, friendly staff, good sized room. The location was great, the short walk to the centre went past the lake which was beautiful.

The only criticisms we have is that because the room had a tiny window and no air conditioning so the room was so stifling hot we struggled to sleep at night. Something we brits aren't used to! Because the rooms were relatively new, the wifi didn't quite reach so we had to sit in one spot for it work and the signal was weak. However despite these, the place was absolutely amazing and would easily have given it a 10/10 had it not been for these criticisms.

Quite a good stay for the money. The owner and the staff very friendly and helpful, and really flexible

A bit noisy when there are a lot of guests, and you have to wait for the bathroom, which is quite natural in places with shared bathroom

The plug-in air freshener in the room - caused an allergic reaction - once we removed it, the room was fine

The staff was nice. The house was super clean (and it's cleaned every day), including the common bathrooms (which is actually great!!). The bedroom was large enough, which I quiet liked. The bed was also super comfortable. Also not too far from the train station.

Internet was a bit slow. Their own parking (sorry to say so!) Was a bit terrible! Fortunately, there's a big one (that doesn't belong to the guesthouse) like 50-100m away, which was better.

House located in the quite area of the town, but still close to the main tourist sights of the town. Well-equiped kitchen, clean bathrooms, attentive host.

Not enough parking, right beside very busy road and level of noise was very high from early morning.

Clean and affordable but shared bathroom is a disadvantage

- the property is conveniently located, in close vicinity to the university and 15 minutes walk from the old town - it was clean and well organised - it is very affordable - the host provided comprehensive information over the phone on arrival about the available facilities

The description of the rooms is misleading (deliberately or not) and says that there is a bathroom (not shared bathroom) in the room where, in fact, none of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom and you have to use the shared bathroom between 5 double rooms. To add to this inconvenience, to get to the bathroom you need to walk from your room through the middle of the dining room which is often occupied by people. And also the entrance to the building is not very well lit, so you may find it difficult to find it.
