Résidence de vacances récente avec grand appartement tout équipé et grande piscine idéal en famille.

La résidence est relativement récente. L'appartement avec deux chambres est vraiment grand. Le salon est spacieux avec une grande tv système android idéal pour les enfants notamment pour youtube. On trouve deux balcons. La cuisine est toute équipée et très récente. On ne se sent pas les uns sur les autres. On peut avoir une vue sur une grande piscine. C'est vraiment bien : moderne et spécieux pour résumer. Cerise sur le gâteau : on dispose d'une machine à laver dans l'appartement!

On aurait aimé disposer d'un petit bar convivial où l'on peut boire un café ou une boisson fraiche et pas juste une machine café thé chocolat automatique avec des pièces.

Stunning hotel, beaches & see. The city, country and behavior of some people - sometimes disputable.

We were at Sweet Homes 3, as we requested at reservation. It is located around 800m from the coast and, in contrast to the hotel, its nearest town surrounding is not too pretty. However, the hotel itself is really an amazing object with very nice & polite service (best to communicate in Bulgarian or Russian languages). Apartment was beautiful, clean and available for us even before the regular check-in hour. It was equipped with air-conditioner (only in living room), 2 TVs (1 in bedroom), fridge, electric stove and a set of pots, dishes & cutlery (no microwave, toaster or oven). Bathroom has a shower cabin, WC, sink & washing machine (no bidet). Bedroom bed was large and quite comfortable (very soft mattresses), the pull-out couch in the living room was nice but too short for grownups - our kids liked it though :) On the balcony, reachable from both rooms, there was a small table, 2 chairs & a foldable clothing dryer. Outdoor swimming pool (illuminated in evenings) is large, equipped with jacuzzi streams and divided in 3 sections with different depths. It is surrounded with many useful facilities: shower, plenty various sunbeds with umbrellas, benches, tables with chairs, playground, grill area and more. Everything well maintained and covered with flowers. Sweet Homes 3 is a pearl of Sunny Beach :)

In the apartment there was not much to improve: maybe the condition of some equipment, like shower cabin sealing or amount of glasses. The swimming pool should have some sharp edges fixed at children area. There is no hotel parking and no free spaces on the street, so maybe a solution would be to rent some spots at the private parking areas nearby exclusively for the hotel guests. Also, it's worthy to rephrase the pool terms - it's not clear if it's allowed to swim between 9 and 10 PM :)

Superb

-swimming pool was nice -fully equiped kitchen -close to super market, next to the aquapark -friendly staff -appropriate for families

-in the original booking there is no mention that there are several different buildings numbered from 1 to 7 that belong to this complex and this is confusing. We received this info when we arrived. We stayed in Sweet homes no. 2 which is the furthest from the beach. - distance to the near beach is more than 1 km and it will take around 15-20 minutes to reach it after you learn the quickest way to do it

Quiet days away from the beach

Super-friendly and helpful reception on-site. Clean and modern.

Quiet hours from 12:00 - 16:00 every day were not mentioned in the booking ad, which meant our kids (who love swimming) did not want to use the pool as they would get "shushed" in the middle of the day, seriously limiting our pool experience. Only the receptionists speak English so it's really hard to communicate with cleaners via hand gestures. The walk to the beach feels longer than expected along busy streets. The pictures in the booking ad are from multiple Sweet Homes complexes so we only had about 1/3 of the outside areas available in the pictures.

Great location couldn’t recommend more! Will be back!

Good location close to the centre! They allowed my friend to collect the keys on my behalf as my flight was delayed, this was very kind and helpful, it was a Very nice sized apartment with shower and washing machine and all appliances. Thank you to the Kind reception lady who helped me check out because I was confused haha!

Lots of children running up and down the halls at different hours of the night and some families not allowing others in the pool..

A wonderful apartment in Sunny Beach

Dora, the host is such an amazing person! She was kind and helpful and assisted us with everything we asked for. Our apartment was comfortable and the pool was wonderful (we were in sweet homes apartment 2). There is a 15 minutes walk to the beach but it is very quiet. It is near the water park. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The room was clean, cozy, spacious with everything we needed as a family.

There were no air conditioners in the bedrooms, only the living room has an air conditioner and it was a little disturbing because the rooms were hot at night.

Beautiful apartment complex. Really lovely decor. Very clean, spacious and comfortable beds. plenty dishes, cutlery etc. everything we needed really.

Property confirmed booking as one double room and one twin room, however it was 2 double beds so someone had to sleep in living room on sofa bed. a bit too far from main strip for anyone with mobility issues. We had to request a second key and a hairdryer as well as more coat hangers. We also had to get someone to get televisions working and only 2 out of the 3 eventually worked. None of these issues caused us any problems though.

apartments are 5 mins walking to the beach. property itself very clean,(cleaned daily) tidy corridors. 100% valued for the money. perfect for travellers who can easily self catered. however loads of cafes, restaurants around.

stressful at the beginning as no one welcomed us and gate was closed. one phone call to the owner and all was organised!! no other issue

fantastic surroundings and very well maintained plenty of utensils to use for self catering and spotless

definitely needs new mattress and pillows (very well used) I spent day 2 and 3 in a lot of pain in my neck and resulted me in having to get a massage done and go to pharmacy to get muscle gel

The pool was amazing!

The location is very difficult to find because there are many hotels with the same name and when you go to the reception no one knows about your reservation or where you will be staying. I had to walk for 1 hour from one reception to another (the English language is something strange for them). After brilliantly visiting 4 receptions, when I was ready to go back home, someone from the reception called all the other hotels and discovered where I could be accommodated. It is curious that those where we were accommodated did not have any information about the stay paid for by me, but we were accommodated and everything was decent except for the lack of parking spaces in the area. In their presentation, it is specified that they provide parking spaces, but they don't.

This was the third time we traveled to Sunny Beach and it was the most satisfying.

The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, and every device worked fine. The design of the rooms, although too crowded for my taste, was pleasant and we had more than enough storage space. We had air conditioning in both rooms and free parking. After 10 pm it was quiet enough so we could sleep with the windows opened, thus it is a perfect place for families with kids. The rooms were spotless. Nice garden, swimming pool, and playground for small kids. Barbecue facilities and nice kiosks for spending the evening time.

We had to walk 15-20 minutes to the beach. It is a 1.1 km distance to reach the shore if you go on foot because you have to go around buildings.
