Located in a very nice, safe area with several restaurants nearby, this property offers a great off-the-beaten-track experience while remaining very accessible. It is just a 15-minute walk to Monastiraki and 10 minutes to the nearest metro station.
The host is genuinely kind and helpful, and the room itself was spotless and comfortable. The overall building looks lovely, and guests can even enjoy complimentary snacks left in the common area, creating a truly comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!
The queen room description could be clearer regarding its location and setup. It is situated on the lower level, and its single large window looks directly into the property's indoor common area/garden. Because of this, you need to keep the blackout curtains closed at all times to maintain privacy. Not a massive problem, but you should be aware.
This might not be a major issue on its own, but the breakfast area is located just a meter away from the room, which naturally results in more people right outside and close to your door. Additionally, expect some noise starting around 7:30 AM as breakfast is prepared, along with cooking smells carrying into the room fairly early in the morning.

From this guesthouse, it’s an easy and pleasant walk to the acropolis and other attractions. We wandered up the hill, about a 10 minute walk from the guesthouse, each night to watch the sunset over Athens - so stunning! We stayed in room 4 which is downstairs, and we found it very comfortable, cool and quiet. As a group of 3, the room was a good size for us. Breakfast was delicious and very thoughtfully prepared and presented. The courtyard was a perfect little oasis to eat breakfast in. We loved staying in this small family-owned guesthouse - had a perfect few days here :)

The location, the staff, the room was spacious and clean. The staff always cleaned after we went.
The room was underground, we were not expecting it. The breakfast was okey but it was not fresh and the choice was limited. The remote for the Tv was not working. The wifi was very slow adsince we were underground there is no network.

The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood (quite local but still walkable distance to the touristic sites) and the rooms are spacious and clean.
Breakfast was quite limited in terms of variety.
My room was in the ground floor so it was quite dark and next to the breakfast area, although surprisingly quite private and not very noisy.
