The Lake House was purchased in the fall of 2017 and has been transformed 100%. It is fully furnished with all the bells and whistles. Dogs are allowed with a $40 one-time fee per animal. The office is Eight one four, four six zero, four six zero zero.

This was a great place to serve as "home base" for a Lake Erie getaway with two adults and three children. The ice cream shop and candy store were very fun to visit right by the house, and we loved seeing wildlife and the beach at nearby Raccoon park. Erie and Conneaut were also just short drives away. They also have a nice sized yard for the kids to run around in. The kids loved sleeping up in the loft, and the bed the adults slept in was comfortable as well. Everything was clean and in working order. Our hosts were very kind and responded quickly to all communication. You do have to check in with the host at a separate (very close) location, so it is not a contactless check-in, but we had a pleasant conversation and they had good recommendations for us of fun things to see and do on our trip. The house is on a fairly quiet road. You can hear trains occasionally, but they did not disrupt our stay at all. We had a lovely time and would recommend it to other families looking for a peaceful getaway near the lake. Looking forward to the next time we can visit!

Loved that this home was pet friendly. Had some issues with the tvs, but we worked around that. Would definitely stay here again ig in the area.

I already sent one but Jennifer was lovely. Very helpful, friendly and informative of places of interest in the area. We had a lovely time and the home was beautiful.
