2 bedroom/2 bath second floor beachfront private, well appointed condo with breathtaking views of the ocean, windows on three sides, and extra large wraparound terrace. The condo is located in one of the best areas of Providenciales (Provo) in the Grandview resort perfect for a quiet retreat, while situated right on the beautiful beach between the luxurious Grace Bay Club and the famous Club Med.
The Grandview is children friendly, very private and secure gated resort within a walking distance to all renown restaurants and shopping facilities. There is an elevator, gym, swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs on the beach, and a large well maintained garden with quiet shady areas. Onsite parking is available.

The location on the beach was exceptional. We were walking distance to two very good restaurants. Swimming was awesome.

We had a great time at T&C and the Grandview was fantastic. It was very nice and well maintained. The location was great and the access to the beach was awesome. Communication before arriving was good as they answered all of our questions though the VRBO app and then Jing met us upon arrival and made sure we knew where everything was. My 15 year old son and 13 year old daughter love it and rotated between the pull out bed in the living room and the second bedroom. The master bedroom and bath were very spacious and nice. The porch was nice and large and we played games at the large table out on the porch several evenings. We rented a car and I’m glad we did. While you could walk to things it would be a 20 minute walk to the main area of restaurants and shops, but with the car we had gated parking and then a 5-10 minute drive to everything. I would highly recommend the Grandview.

We have been coming to Turks and Caicos for the last 15 years- this was our second stay here and our new favorite beachfront unit in Grace Bay. The unit is a second floor corner unit with a beautiful view! The property is immaculate- so clean and convenient- walking distance to many restaurants, the grocery store, pharmacy and of course the beach! The property is very private and quiet. The sheets were the softest I have ever felt, the beds are extremely comfortable- which is very hard to find in a rental property! I haven’t slept this well in a long time!We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! We cannot wait to return next year!! Thank you for sharing your home with our family!
