About this house rental
This is a new construction three bedroom two baths with large walk-in tiled double head shower. The house has been professionally decorated with all new higher end furnishings! One king 2 twin and one queen bed. The property includes a large boat dock with freshwater shower and power a convenient boat launch ramp, a large yard for parking, and a beautiful pavilion, and fire pit. The house sits 8 feet in the air So the view is immaculate get to any fishing hotspot within minutes. Please note Alabama power controls the water level and its down a lot, in the winter months ,you can see the water just not up to property!

Perfect weekend stay at the lake house. We were in the area for a wedding and this house was convenient to the venue. Beautiful views and steps to the dock and water. Gorgeous sunset views. Very nice well stocked house and furnishings on a great lot with water views on several sides. Would definitely book this house again when we had time to enjoy lake life. Thanks for sharing your lake house with us.

We booked this property for a guys weekend. The location of the property can't be beat as it's right on a point and has a ton of lakefront footage. The outdoor patio and firepit area are worth the price of admission alone. It was only a two night stay and we spent the majority of the time outside, bhe inside was plenty spacious and open with a nice kitchen island where we could all congregate. If you're looking for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay, this is the place. You're also located only a few minutes from town where there's a variety of places to eat and things to enjoy. We spent a Saturday night at the Easy Street Bar and Cafe that featured a live band and pretty good food. We would definitely book again and may make this an annual tradition.

We have family close to here and have stayed at many rentals. This is the nicest one we have been to in this area. It was clean and beautiful. I would love to stay here for a longer time. Thank you so much for the stay!!!

Perfect View and floor plan. Cleanliness was a major issue. Spider webs, plastic bottles in furniture. wrappers under cabinets. got fleas or bug bites
