Great family holiday

We stayed in the property for a week and had a brilliant time. The house was very clean anthe pool area was fantastic. Communication with Raquelle was great, she informed me of everything I needed to know ahead of time and the property manager in Vilamoura was on hand for anything we needed, which was nothing as the property had everything. I would recommend and stay again.

The villa was in a great location only a short walk from supermarkets and restaurants. It was well equipped and spacious. Think we were luck that the apartments next door were not occupied until out last night as the noise and disruption next door on our last evening wasn't great and could have spoilt the holiday

Lovely villa; clean, spacious, great for our family holiday! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating - would come again! Only slight feedback is that the villa next door at times could be quite loud (stag party).

We had a fantastic time at villa marina. It had everything you would ever need and more! So much space & a beautiful pool. We had it heated and it was worth it. Great communication from Raquelle throughout the booking process and Rui was informative and helpful also. Thank you both. The marina took about 20 - 25 mins to walk which proved a bit tiring for the young children. The neighbourhood itself was peaceful during our stay.

Great house in a great location. The house is in very good condition and well maintenied. We just loved the pool area!

Whilst some have mentioned the neighbouring property, we had little noise during our stay. The pool is excellent and warm ( we paid for heating). The property is spacious and was perfect for our family of 9 but could accommodate more easily. The management company were excellent to deal with and very flexible. We would certainly book again.

The villa was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 teenagers/children. It’s extremely spacious and beautifully finished. The pool and terrace was perfect relaxing. Great locations, nice easy walk to the marina. The property next door can be quite noisy as it’s very large and attracts groups of younger people, possibly hen and stag parties. It didn’t bother us too much though. Rui, the property manager, was immediately on hand to solve an issues. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay again,

This is our second visit to your fabulous villa and it was even better this time, following refurbishment and the addition of a new BBQ area. My husband and I were there with all of our children and grandchildren and they all had an amazing time. The location is ideal so close to Vilamoura Marina and restaurants and we all enjoyed the pool and aircon. Hope we can come again!

Lovely villa, great location, awesome outside space, management company were great. However there was lots of construction in the area and it was very noisy. What the property description doesn't say is that there is a property next door which is designed for large groups - during our stay 10 guys on a stag do followed by 24 ladies on a hen party. We were lucky as those groups were very well behaved but I would imagine it could get raucous at times.

From first inquiry to walking through the front door the team could not have been more helpful!! Travelling as a multi generational family we were delighted to find a villa that came equipped with everything we needed for thr children, from highchairs to travel cots, strollers and pool floats! The glass surround around the pool provided peace of mind and all facilities could not be faulted. A 15-20 minute walk to the marina and 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket ensured we were never without what we needed. Would highly recommend the property for anyone visiting the area.

We rented this house for a family re-union during the winter holidays. Before our trip, Raquelle from the management company contacted me and was very prompt in responding to my questions and inquiries. She even put me in contact with a local transportation company in case we needed airport transport. I was concerned about covid testing and she sent me links to labs in the area. Both Raquelle and Rui (the person who managed the vila) speak perfect English and were accessible via email, phone calls and messaging on WhatsApp. Check in was very easy and Rui was committed to make our stay comfortable. While we stayed in the house, we had some incidents with plumbing and electricity and with each case Rui was quick to resolve the problem within 24 hours. Location: the town of Vilamoura is about 30 minutes from Faro airport. The house is in a beautiful residential neighborhood of Quarteira. It is within 5-minute walking distance to a grocery store and a good seafood restaurant and a 20 minute walk to the marina. Unfortunately, because of the Covid, the usually lively marina was mostly closed during our stay. A drive to Olhos (30 minutes away), Faro Center (30 minutes away) and the beautiful Ponta da Piedade is a must while visiting Algarve area. The house is nicely decorated (similar to the pictures), very clean, with spacious kitchen, dining and living room area, perfect for a group of 10-12 people. We found a fresh fish market within a walking distance and prepared most of our dinners in the fully equipped kitchen. The building has three floors, each floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The basement apartment has a separate kitchen and living area. During our stay we had some issues with the electricity and could not use the second kitchen which is located in the basement apartment. Having the pool was a plus, though in the winter days the temperature of the pool does not get higher than 22C degrees, we were able to take a swim on the sunny days. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Algarve area and this house was perfect for the size of our group of 9. I would've given an overall rating of 5, if it were not for some maintenance incidents while we stayed.

This property is perfect. I have not one bad thing to say. I stayed here with a party of 11 including 4 children and we had so much space we could have easily fit more people in! It’s impeccably clean and decorated beautifully. The outdoor/pool area was amazing. Very close to anything you need. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

This is an amazing Villa and we had a fantastic stay. It had everything we needed and has been really well thought out. The pool was fab, we chose to have the pool heated for the week and so glad we did as it was lovely for the kids and we couldn't get them out of it. The location of the villa is great, on a nice quiet road but within walking distance to the centre of town and the Marina. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we would definitely return.

This is an amazing Villa and we had a fantastic stay. It had everything we needed and has been really well thought out. The pool was fab, we chose to have the pool heated for the week and so glad we did as it was lovely for the kids and we couldn't get them out of it. The villa is located in a prestigious residential area. The villa was amazingly spacious and well equipped and had everything we could have possibly needed. The villa is split over three floors giving everyone plenty of privacy and space. The property manager was excellent. There is a Spar about 10 minutes walk but it worth walking a few extra meters towards to marine as there is a better supermarket called Jaffers that had a much better range. We will probably book this villa again due to its location and pricing.

You are not wanting to leave. From start of booking to day of leaving, everything was catered for. Arranging the collection and returning to the airport. Holding of luggage . Value for the cost is 5⭐. So much space and facilities in abundance so no waiting for your shower. For a family holiday I don't think this would be beaten.

Lovely villa in a pretty location. So spacious! We chose to have the pool heated which was a definite plus. The whole family had hours of fun in the pool. We did most of our cooking on the large barbeque and eating el fresco was a delight. Great communication with the hosts. A lovely stay. Thank you.
