Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti

We stayed at Lefay Dolomiti as part of our honeymoon trip around Italy, and it was without doubt the best hotel we have ever experienced. From the moment we drove through the gates, the ambience felt warm, calm, and beautifully considered. Every member of staff we met was genuinely welcoming. On arrival, we were invited to relax in the bar area with a welcome drink while admiring the view through the signature A‑frame window overlooking the wooded valley. It set the tone for the entire stay. Our room was spacious, cosy, and immaculately presented, and shortly after settling in we received Champagne and chocolates as a thoughtful honeymoon gesture. Both the hotel bar and the Dolomia restaurant were wonderful places to unwind, and the spa facilities were exceptional — extensive, serene, and surprisingly quiet throughout our stay. What impressed us most was how spotless and peaceful the entire resort was. Nothing was ever out of place, and we never once saw a cleaning cart in a corridor. Everything was discreet, meticulous, and effortlessly efficient. If we needed anything, reception were always there immediately. The evening turndown service was a lovely touch that made the stay feel even more special. Lefay Dolomiti is truly outstanding, and we cannot wait to return

The only improvement I would recommend is the breakfast service, despite being in the same space with the same waiters as Dolomia restaurant the service felt sub-par. Often sat there feeling forgotten about, on 2 of the mornings, nobody came to take our order for Coffee or Eggs and on one of the mornings the Eggs never showed up which is a shame.

Gorgeous resort, but the best part came from all the quiet, thoughtful, quiet surprises in hospitality - from the welcome drinks, to charging our electric car before we left…every day we noticed countless little touches that showed intention in every act of service. The price was more than reasonable given everything included: delicious breakfast daily, full access to spa amenities, complimentary e-bike rentals, etc. We can’t wait to go back!

We honestly have no complains -100/10 resort!

It has beautiful architectural design and it still looks very new. Everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Even though it might not have the most dramatic view of the rocky dolomites, its dolomia restaurant has very beautiful views through panoramic windows down the valley and sided by vegetated mountain sides that really make you appreciate the landscape.

The only thing that slightly bothered us was the temperature control in the rooms shower as well es in the showers of the spa itself. For this price I’d expect the temperature of my shower not to be a gamble. But i’d like to make clear that this is nothing that would not make me recommend this hotel. Just something they should have a look at.

The room and facilities are great. The pool with the outdoor views are amazing and breathtaking. The resort is extremely clean.

The room did not have cold A/C while the weather outside went to 28 and 29 degrees. Nights were hard for us to sleep due to this. We tried to open the balcony for air circulation during the middle of the night (not ideal), and it didn’t work well. During the daytime, we couldn’t stay in the room honestly. When we booked our massages in the Spa, the massage did not take up the full length of the therapy (50 mins). When we rebooked and ensured on them to continue the 50 mins, they said that the 50 mins will include the changing time, which is something i have never experienced before while traveling and going to many hotels and spas around the world. Food service was good, but the food itself was average at best.
