The whole family will enjoy the well-furnished outdoor living space with views of the 18th fairway and a private Hot Tub! Just across the street is the Suncadia trail that you can walk, hike or bike on through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This luxury home features 5 bedrooms including 2 Master Suites, and 4 full bathrooms. Twelve guests can sleep comfortably in beds. KEY RESIDENCE FEATURES * 5 Bedrooms | 4 Full Bathrooms | Includes 2 Master Suites * 1 King Bed, 3 Queen Beds, 4 Twin Beds (Sleeps 12 in Beds) * Parking for 5 smaller cars in the driveway and garage * Shuffleboard | 3 Smart TVs | Cable | Blu-Ray Player * Private Hot Tub with amazing views of Prospector Golf Course’s 18th Fairway * Built in Gas Grill | Free WiFi Internet | AC This well designed, 2,700 sq. ft. home features a comfortable open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings, a large leather sectional, and a wall of windows facing the golf course. The great room is accented by a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace and a 70’ TV with Cable. Just off the great room is a private cobblestone patio with fabulous golf course views, a built-in gas grill, a gas fire pit, and comfy outdoor furniture. The covered patio is a great place to sit back and relax year round! The well-stocked chef’s kitchen features stainless appliances and a large granite center island for preparing fantastic in-home meals. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island. Just off the great room behind a sliding barn door is a Queen Bedroom. A few steps down the hallway is a full guest bath with a tile shower. The main floor King Master Bedroom features a large TV with Cable, and a spa inspired private bath with a dual head walk-in shower. Upstairs has a comfortable bonus room with a large sectional couch and a 65” TV w/cable and Blu-Ray. Just off the Bonus Room behind a sliding barn door is a cozy bunk room with 2 sets of built-in Twin over Twin Bunks. Down the hallway are two additional bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is a Queen Bedroom. There is a large tile bath with double sinks and a tile shower across the hall. The second Queen Bedroom is a junior suite with a private bath that features a tub/shower combo. Ideal getaway for up to 4 families or 4 to 5 couples. The central location of the Lodge in Prospector's Reach makes it a fantastic destination to enjoy all the Resort's activities including golf, hiking, bike riding, ice skating, winter tubing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, horseback riding, and river rafting! (Dew Drop owners have their own dogs that visit the cabin infrequently. The cabin is not pet friendly to renters. Please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.) ** Please note: - We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. - A maximum of 5 cars can be parked in the driveway and Suncadia does not allow any street parking.

All Seasons called to inform us on our way to the property that the kitchen sink was frozen and that they were trying to thaw it. The sink did not thaw by the next morning - so the moved us to a larger, newer property at no extra charge and refunded part of our rental costs. They are great!

There’s no doubt this is a beautiful, well equipped house. Beautiful entertaining space and comfortable beds. And very clean. Some issues though. First off, hot tub is small. Snug for 6 people. Which is odd for a house that sleeps so many. Secondly, heat was very hard to regulate for upstairs bedrooms. A comfortable temp downstairs was boiling upstairs. Seems there is one thermostat for the house. Thirdly, the requirements to clean on exit were extensive. For a house at this price point, it is wild to have guests take trash out, strip beds, collect towels, start laundry, start dishwasher. Especially when you walk into the house to a tip envelope from the cleaning person AND are paying a cleaning fee. We loved our experience, but this standard for having guests do so much cleaning needs to change in the short term rental industry.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. The house was gorgeous and accommodated everyone well. Property manager answered any questions promptly and was very accommodating. We only noticed a couple things that could be updated/replaced. The window seals were almost all busted which made it quite drafty during our stay. The master bedroom ecspecially got cold with the seals all hanging off. We swept the kitchen a time or two during our stay and never could find a dust pan, the master bathroom toilet would sometimes continue to run. Overall, none of these items were deal breakers but things you would expect to be fixed or replaced with the price you pay. We would definitely return! We really enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table in the garage!

We were very happy with the house and enjoyed our time hiking, swimming, hot tubing and playing ping pong. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids. The only criticism I have is the tiny bar of soap they have in each bathroom. Way too small.

We stress this went beyond normal house settling, but felt more like a structural defect than inadequate insulation. Made sleeping in the 1st Floor Master extremely difficult. We appreciated the check-in book, however it would be enhanced by additional information on operating instructions for the Washer-Dryer, Dishwasher, and TVs.
Overall, our stay was a pleasant experience but beware booking this property until the excessive house noise is addressed.

The house itself was lovely and mostly in good condition, but we lost sleep because of the upstair floors. The squeeks and noise was horrible! We were in the master suite and heard every movement of the people staying upstairs, and the toilets flushing sounded like it was water coming thru the ceiling. Also, the second and third nights an upstairs toilet was running constantly and woke us up. There definately needs to have some insulation put in the ceilings. There were also crumbs left in the pantry on the shelves. Finally the TV was very difficult to work and we were only able to watch a few channels.
It would have been perfect except for these problems as the owners supplied the right amount of supplies, the furnishings were comfortable, and outdoor patios very nice.

The property was fine. Grill area was not clean. It needs to be more clear that you cannot use the pools at Suncadia.

Absolutely loved our time here. The outdoors folks had easy access to a plethora of trails, the less adventurous among us had an excellent time at the winery, restaurants and shopping in Roslyn. All around great time for everyone. 10/10 would stay here again.
