About this villa rental
Quiet country house, at 3,5 Kms from medieval town center and shops, near many historical sites, set in the peaceful countryside of the Dordogne with extensive views over lush hills from main rooms, and balcony, overlooking the pool area.
Private pool in 2000 m² flowered garden, with car park and gates.
Accommodates from 2 to 5 people maximum in comfortable rooms with traditional French furniture. TV with satellite reception in all rooms.
• Large living room/dining room with fully operating chimney and wood provided for an evening blaze.

• Two bedrooms, one with two beds 90 x 190, other with king size bed,180 x 200 + single bed, 90 x 190, new bedding with continental quilts or blankets. Inbuilt cupboards.
• Fully equipped kitchen with side-by-side fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, Espresso coffee machine with grinder for real fresh coffee, 4 burner induction hob, microwave and traditional ovens, dish-washing and clothes- washing machines (washing powder and tablets provided).
• Bathroom with bath and shower, and separate shower.
• Separate toilet (toilet paper provided for whole of stay)
• Tumble dryer

We had a wonderful stay at Nichole’s home near Sarlat. Nichole was such a sweet, welcoming host, she speaks only French and fortunately my partner speaks enough to communicate the basics, and we managed just fine. The house itself was beautiful and spotless, both inside and out. We loved the quiet, peaceful setting with gorgeous views, just a short 10-minute drive from Sarlat, close enough for convenience but far enough to feel like a true escape. The private pool and ping pong table were a great bonus for relaxing afternoons.Everything about this stay was perfect. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near Sarlat with a lovely host.

Beautiful, quite, fantastic views, ease of shopping only 8 mins away. Close enough to Sarlat but far enough away to remain in a quite area.Incredibly well stocked kitchen,

A perfect setting in an amazing house with the best views ever. Nicole and Patrick were always helpful but never intrusive.The weather was heatwave and we were very grateful for the best air conditioning we have ever experienced.We highly recommend this house and it's owners.
