we will be back hopefully to book again with this host! our first trip to myrtle was more than enjoyable!!

it was clean and had everything we needed! the kids enjoyed the location being in the beach and the pools, lazy rivers and it was close to everything!!

they were having issues with the outdoor hot tub that out the outdoor pool out of order, Bummer! but things happen!!

There was construction going so didn’t sleep well wished I would of known before hand And the water keep getting shut off And the tvs didn’t work when we got there But we did get in touch with them and they came to fix it. And some of the hot tubs didn’t work And the lazy river was kinda dirty

Just horrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Rooms had weird stains on beds and walls. Water pressure was awful. Woke up covered in bed bug bites checked beds and there were bed bugs. When we asked for another room because of it we were denied. They sent in pest control and they threw everything on the floor. Due to not being able to find another hotel we had to stay again. When we requested new bedding we were told to use what we had which again pest control had thrown on the floor which was not clean prior to our arrival. After asking multiple times they agreed to give us bedding but only gave us fitted sheets. The stay was horrible never again will I stay here. To anyone with children be carful. While in the indoor pool area my children witnessed a couple in the hot tubs, in plain view having intercourse.

We love the Landmark and the location.

Staff did not want to help us. The heat quit working. And we couldn't get any sleep for the noise of contractors in the room above us.

The room is nasty the Murphy bed it’s very hard the sofa bed is rusted on mattress the air unit in one of the rooms half worked the floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years not happy at all I stay in 433

Everything was trash

Nothing everything trash bad roaches tub stopped up. Stove 2 eyes worked. Charge for towels and rags. Don’t give u trash bags over all VERY VERY POOR BUSINESS ROACHES HAD A PARTY SINCE ARRIVAL AND COMPANY DIDNT try to accommodate us at all just keep giving poor excuses rats hung out at the pool will never come back to this hotel

When i came into the room i inspected and it was fine so i left out for a little while when i return ROACHES was everywhere i IMMEDIATELY call COASTLINE RENTALS & made a complaint it was NOTHING they was trying to do to help me and my family & if we would’ve canceled our reservation we would’ve been out of money and nowhere to go so we TRIED to stay until our departure date but ended up leaving a day early due to the fact of the ROACHES they was soooooooo bad, i never in my life been to a hotel like this!!! not to mention i had my newborn baby & they told me they would send the people to come spray and they NEVER came i stayed in the room all that day and NOONE ever showed up….i will NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND anyone to this nasty property ESPECIALLY the private owned rentals.. my entire trip there was a waste of time & money..

I made one call maintenance came quick and fixed anything I needed! Customer service was excellent if I needed to know anything they had the answer with no problem and no delays!

You need to explain how to lock 🔐 doors what plastic key is for and wristbans. The couch 🛋 bed sheets weren't clean.

Not a value at all

All the pools inside and out. The lazy rivers and the hot tub although the second day hot tub had hair and debris floating around in it. Also it's right on the beach awesome location

The room was filthy. After a day of fun I finally go into the room and the tables were sticky floor was grimmy and filled with sand. The toilet had stains on it. The pot and pan had food in it. After a day of fun I had to Clean everything before I got to rest.

Room 433

For one I went through booking.com when I hit confirm it’s stated 395 dollars well when I went to check my account the took 600.00 dollars out 200 for a security deposit which should have been with my total. Got to the room at landmark 433 the sheets had blood stained on them and the air conditioning had so much junk in it. Took them until the next business day for the sheet don’t touch the ac unit. They had roaches in there and when I lifted the lamp to clean there was so many live maggots that was moving and everything and the manager over the property fit do a damn thing over none of this. Not happy at all and I would not recommend this place at all.

Nasty and very rude maggots leaving under the lamps moving look like the lamp had not been moved in a year. Latrobe property management LLc dint do nothing about none of this. Don’t waste your money

It took forever to get in the room because the instructions were not clear and weeks to get my deposit back which was the same rate or more than the room itself
