Lovely family alpine hotel

The hotel was clean, well decorated, and was in a great location with ski rentals and chair lift ride outside its doors. The service was great as well and the staff was nice. The value was much better than the 1850 area which was easy to access by chair lift and gondola. Aquamotion was accessible without having to go outside.

Great hotel with ski access and a water park

The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was pretty good, the staff was great and the hotel is very cosy and beautiful. The Aquamotion waterpark next to it is very good!

The room was cold, but when we turned on the radiator, it was better.

Excellent experience - Will definitely come back again!

Staff was very nice Beds were very comfortable Ski shop was very well organized - excellent service by Justine Hotel was quiet at night which was lovely Free shuttle from hotel to nearby villages was very convenient

Boas instalações e boas opções de compra e locação de roupas e equipamentos para ski e snowb. Ótimo Café da manha e jantar. Quarto amplo com aquecedor de toalhas.

Colchão um pouco "duro" em relação ao que gostamos mas não é por isso que deixaremos de voltar.

Séjour Courchevel en Famille

Nous avons été surclassé, dans un grand appartement 3 chambres, très spacieux, 2 salles de bains dont une dans la suite parentale! Chaque chambre était équipée de tv et dressing. Une machine à café Nespresso avec les dosettes était disponible ainsi que du thé de Kusmi tea et des canettes d'eau. Le personnel est au petit soin pour que vous passiez de bonnes vacances ! Je remercie infiniment Abdel de la réception ainsi que Marjorie et je remercie également Melinda "Miss Sourire" et Thomas du restaurant pour leurs bienveillance et leurs accueil et leurs professionnalisme, toujours souriant et agréables. L'aquamotion est magnifique après une bonne journée de ski pour se relaxer et profiter des différents spa, hammam...il y en a pour tout le monde. Et le passage de l'hôtel par le souterrain est top ! Le petit-déjeuner est varié pains, viennoiseries, fromages, confiture, omelette à la demande et à votre convenance, jus de pomme ou orange, fruit frais découpé...surtout l'ananas n'hésitez pas à le demander il est top ! Voilà j'ai passée un agréable séjour et l'année prochaine nous serons de retour en espérant dans les mêmes conditions !!!!

Quarto excelente,fiquei com a minha família e um quarto do hotel supriu nossas necessidades ! Café da manhã ótimo ,aluguel de equipamento dentro do hotel,funcionários muito simpáticos,todos a postos para ajudar sempre ! O parque aquático fantástico,meus filhos saiam do ski e iam direto

Encore mieux que ce que je pensais

Le décor, le style moderne et chaleureux, la spaciosité de l'hôtel étaient très agréables. On s'est régalé au restaurant, mention spéciale pour les frites, qui étaient tout simplement incroyables. Les plats en général étaient très bons, les petits déjeuners bien. L'accès à l'aquamotion était très pratique et le personnel a été plus que serviable, que ce soit au niveau de la réception et du conseiller activités/randonnées.

Les lits étaient un peu durs, mais rien qui nous feraient ne pas revenir!

Highly recommended

It’s a newly renovated hotel with style. It’s comfy and all the details and been thought of. Many activities for all from ping-pong to mini-football to movie night, and great kids club. The restaurant’s food quality is very good. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Bed a bit hard, but that’s totally a personal preference.

Incredible hotel, wonderful staff, clean, and beautiful setting, except road noise. No air con so room was very hot (summer stay). Spa, pool is wonderful.

Perfect for a summer holiday

Wonderful place for a summer holiday in Couchevel! The direct access to Aquamotion is a plus. Loved deco style all around the hotel, from the lounges, the restaurant to the big family suite. I will be back!

Great hotel, elegant , nice staff

Very elegant place , great with the Aquamotion access , nice staff , good and comfortable rooms . We were upgraded which was very nice ;) food in restaurant also good but not all of it - onion soup and the fish dishes were really good ! But stay way from the pasta or the chicken ;) The bar is awsome - very interesting decor and great cocktails

Is more like an improvement suggestion : have a small sink by the toilet - the WC was separate from the main bathroom and there was no sink to wash hands there . The pool bar did not have good lunch food options , was noisy and understaffed - would be great to have the main restaurant also open for lunch or even the pizza place.

Inconsistent housekeeping and service. Poor breakfast service - ran out of cups, food and drinks. Clearly not enough staff. Contradictory service between front desk and housekeeping staff. Genrally front desk staff polite but one was rude and unhelpful.

Amazing design, tasty food, friendly Team. New hotel.

SPA working time is bad. Late opened and early closed. We were unable to use it because of limited working time during the day.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary and we had a really really great time! The hotel is very clean and the room was perfect to celebrate our anniversary :-) We enjoyed at Aquamotion very much ( I recommend everyone to select the room which you have access to go to Aquamotion ) The hotel’s restaurant we went was delicious and all the people at the hotel were so nice to dog. We just love this hotel. Thank you!
