About this condo rental
Located in Barranco, this lovely condo for $114 per night is a great choice for your next break. WIFI HIGH SPEED, INTERNET, CABLE TV. Balcony facing the Spectacular Ocean View. Cozy Living Room share that Amazing View, As well as the Master Bedroom, it has a large flat LED TV. with DVD and a stereo system, Leather sofa and two comfortable chairs. This condo is located near all the main places of interest to our guests. (see gogobot). Comfortable dining room seats 4 to 6 people. Master bedroom with master bathroom w/tub/shower has a comfortable queen size bed with its Master bathroom, plenty of closets and cabinets, with a large led TV. with a DVD player. (see photo). Second bedroom has a full size bed, also plenty of closets and cabinets, with a TV, there is a full bathroom next to it, and a spectacular view to the city. (see photo). Third bedroom has a twin size bed with cabinets and a mirror. (see photo). There is a third full bathroom also. The kitchen is full equipped with all the necessary equipment and utensils. There is a washer and dryer, also an iron with an iron board. There is a water heater to provide enough water to all our guests. Land line phone for local calls. Long distance calls can be made with a calling card. WIFI internet and cable TV, also a stereo system to listen to your favorite music is located in living room. iPod can be connected to stereo system but you need to provide your own cable. Intercom to and from front desk installed in kitchen and master bedroom. 24/7 security guard at front desk, also a close circuit security cameras installed in the building. There is a parking space inside the building included in the rental of the condo. Taxis are available in front of the building. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Specially like specified before, we are located in one of the most secured neighborhoods and at walking distance to the malecon of miraflores (boardwalk). There are parks located at short distance and park Kennedy is just a few minutes away. There is a mirabus tour that will take you sightseeing from parque Kennedy and it is available at different times, you may pick up the schedule of your choice, you will see the most important parts of the city of miraflores, the famous huaca pucllana ruins, the also famous water magic circuit, and the civic center. It also has several other tours to different parts of the city and you will never be tired to see them all. Children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Terms and conditions will be as follows: At your arrival the check in time is at 3:00 pm and the check out time is at 12:00 pm. Prices are set in us dollars per night. Apartment will be cleaned and disinfected as per COVID 19 before arrival of guest/s. After Check-in if guest/s request cleaning the property, it can be provided for an extra fee each time it is requested.. Guest responsibility: Our guest will be responsible for his/her conduct and that of all the accompanying guests at all time. Guests are expected to be considerate and respectful to the neighbors and if it is not followed according to the contract, we will be obligated to request immediate vacancy of the apartment without giving the client any right to reimbursement of the rental. No exceptions. Cancellation: It is very important that you are aware that the deposit made for the reservation is non refundable unless there is a 14 days notice. You can spend hours of fun watching the ocean waves, the birds and the paragliding which are usually in front of your eyes at any time...Just seat on the comfortable chairs provided for the balcony and the table where you can enjoy your favorite cup of coffee or a drink of your preference.

The property is located in a great area, very safe, close to Barranco and Miraflores restaurants and stores, and accessible to paths for a good morning jog by the malecon and the beach. Loved it!!! The view from the property to the malecon is beautiful and very refreshing to see in the morning and in the evening.
Rodolfo was very prompt with answers and accommodating us with early check in and late checkout.
The apartment is nice, with enough dishes and cutlery. Only room for improvement is to possibly have more wine glasses available for the number of people at the condo. Other than that, all was well supplied.
Great internet connection amazing! We had 3 people working remotely, and all was very smooth for us. Great speed and bandwidth.
We had a great time at this property and would love to be back again.

I've stayed at this rental 3 times. And everytime is just pure perfection. From the doorman to communicating with the property owner. A+ customer service. Apartment is just as described with spectacular views. On my last day I had a unfortunate cancelation of my flight and Mr.Brandes was very accommodating. I highly recommend this property. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

We have been to Lima 4 times and this was our best stay yet. The view of the Pacific Ocean was amazing. We walked along the Malecón every day. Quick walk to Larcomar and amazing restaurants. Rodolfo made everything easy...from check in to check out (later to accommodate our plane later. Will definitely stay there again.

This apartment has security 24 hours a day, a private garage, I found everything I needed, and we had an excellent view of the sea, very quiet, my family and I were very happy with having found a place to stay when we return

The neighborhood is beautiful. safe, clean and the apartment provides besutiful relaxing views. Nice cafes and restaurants are accessible by walking distance, the food in Peru is amazing. Breathtaking and Comfortable
Well, this is my 2nd trip and I stayed again at this 3 bed/3bath, plus an additional guest room, fully loaded and AMAZING. What is not to love about this place besides the comfort, TV's in all rooms, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and a parking space as well. Spectacular view with a balcony. Right in the prime area of Miraflores. Walking distance to any Eatery, Casino, Market or Pharmacy. I'd be happy to give you details and places to visit. Love this property and location.

15th Floor overlooking Parque Armendariz and the Contemporary Museum.
Safe neighborhood with good restaurants in walking distance.
We easily walked thru beautiful neighborhoods and along Costa Verde to Larcomar, Park of Love, Miraflores Beach.
Barranco Plaza is walkable distance or a very short taxi ride.
The building has a doorman and is secure. We felt safe to jog the neighborhood early AM.
The unit has 2 regular bedrooms/baths and accommodated 4 adults very well. Balcony was great to sit and have coffee.
Additionally, there are 2 small bedrooms (1 with separate bath) that are reasonable and we used 1 for a guest that stayed overnight.
Manageable kitchen and washer/dryer was a real plus for the week's stay.
Host was very nice and accessible. He came by to check if everything was ok and reset safe for our use.
My girlfriend is a clean freek...and she was very satisfied with the condition of the unit and the sanitization certificate provided.
The Country just reopened for tourism and there are no crowds for anything. Covid restrictions in place (public requires a double mask and some curfews)..but very manageable and small price to pay to visit with no crowds.
We did a day trip to Parracas to see the Humble Penguins and Red Desert.
We used "Andean Tours" to provide private car service for transportation/tours, activities outside walking distance and transport to/from airport. Fantastic service!!

I highly recommend walking to San Antonio bakery for breakfast and to Tottus market to fill up the fridge with local fruit and vegetables.

The people of Peru are very helpful and nice. The only thing negative are the drivers, once on the road it is everyone for themselves. Unless you are leaving the city we don't think you need a car. Let the taxi drivers do it for you, they are everywhere and affordable.
We obviously recommend a stay here, It is a great value. May your travels be safe and happy!

Nice apartment in a great location
We had a great stay. We had a last minute cancelation of a property we were planning on staying at and Rodolfo and Maria Brandes were able to book us last minute, which was a life saver because we had no where else to stay on our trip. Everything went as well as we could of hoped for. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to work with and my wife and I wouldn't hesitate to book again for our next trip. The apartment is in a great location and was much nicer than staying at any hotel.

Amazing condo!!
I highly recommend staying at this condo!! It was clean, comfortable, quiet, Beautiful view!! The owners brother, Daniel, picks you up and drops you off at the airport, helps with luggage! He drove us to Ica to go sandsurfing. He took us there & waited while our tour was over & took us back to the condo. The location was safe, had 24 hr security guard. we were able to walk to Larcomar (local mall). We will be using this condo in future visits!!

The apartment is well located to go around Lima, with restaurants in the area and 24 hours market at the gas station just to blocks from the building. So convenient for a business trip. We defenetly come back next year!!!!

Fantastic View and Owner!
My family and I had a great time visiting Lima this past week. My wife is originally from Lima and this was the first time we went with our 16 month old son to meet his Peruvian family. The condo views are amazing!!!!! Unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean......watch the fog roll in early in the day and check out spectacular sunsets in the evening. I was content relaxing in the condo and just staring out over the balcony. The owners were happy to provide us with a pack n play for our baby to sleep in, a highchair for us to feed him in and their brother Daniel picked us up from the airport with a baby seat in the car. The condo is very clean and in a great location to walk just about anywhere in Mira Flores or Barranco. If you are not a fan of walking, it was never difficult to flag down a taxi from the front steps of the building. We will definitely call to book this condo again for our next trip to Lima!

We had communicated with the owners both in writing and verbally prior to the booking. They had been prompt in getting back to us and answerd all our questions.
We booked the property and were really glad we did it. Reasons are noted below
The pictures are an accurate reflection of how the property looks.
The location was fantastic -15 minutes walk to Larcomar, grocery stores and restaurants. Safe neighbourhood and building (walking around at midnight in the neighbourhood we felt completely safe). The unit was clean and had all the amenities we are used to at home. The view from the apartment was spectacular. Our teenage kids said that they could happily "live" in the apartment. This is high praise as we don't think we have heard them say that (and we have rented a number of places in our travels).
To top off the rental experience was the experience we had with the owners. What wonderful human beings! They were in lima while we were there and they invited us to visit with them at their place. How many owners would go to those lengths.
We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat and will say that if you rent it, you will not be sorry.

Excellent choice for us.
We are a retired couple. We live in LA and were fortunate enough to actually meet the owners, Rudy and Mary. Rudy's brother Daniel lives in Lima and he and his wife did an excellent job of guiding two non Spanish speaking people around. The Condo was comfortable, had an ocean view, and was within walking distance to Lacomar and cab fare from the condo to anywhere was less than $5. Perfect. we would definitely stay there again. Excellent vacation home!!!
We had the best experience in Peru, mostly due to the fact that the condo where we stayed was impeccable. It has an amazing view and great security. It's very spacious and very well taken care of. It's spacious and very clean. All the appliances were fully functioning. The security was very nice and helpful and the manager available right away if needed. Very good restaurants, malls and tourist attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again in my next visit.

beautiful apartment with beautiful view
My communication with the owner was very smooth. His brother and son picked us up from the airport (for a reasonable fee) and got us set up at the apartment as well as sharing information about the area. It was perfect for the 4 of us staying there--2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washer and dryer, doorman to buzz us in. It was very clean. Walking distance from the Larcomar Mall and lots of restaurants. They were celebrating Independence Day at the mall and had all kinds of festivities. We got a bus tour set up at the Larcomar Mall that was perfect for our needs.
Safe area, good for walking around and seeing sights including the ocean. The brother and his wife drove us back to the airport and it was very enjoyable chatting with them. I highly recommend this place if you are wanting to explore Lima.

Great stay!!
We recently came back from our week long vacation to Lima and we loved this apartment. The location is excellent and you can't beat the view. You feel very secured knowing there is a doorman screening everyone that comes in and asks you before letting anyone up to the apartment. The owners were very pleasant and helpful during the whole stay. We arrived with two small children and they provided a pack-n-play along with a high chair. We will certainly stay there again on our next trip!
