Nestled in Union City, this charming condo for $160 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Magical 2bedroom apartment, conveniently located in North Bergen. Only 20 minutes to the heart of New York City. Fully renovated apartment and professionally decorated. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook a meal and feel like home. Bus stop steps away from the building. We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable. • Check Out time is at 11:00 AM • No Smoking • No Pets Allow • The use of illegal drugs is prohibited • No dirty dishes at the time of check out. • Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds. • A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out. • Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises. • Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment. • Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately. • For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises. • All visitors must notify and be authorized by us. • Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc). • You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car. • Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

We like the apartment and location but had some obstacles. The bus was a bit confusing with private bus and NJ transit. Apartment needs some more kitchen supplies and stoves pilot light not working. Overall we were happy with the stay.

Great location to visit NYC

The place is perfect with two bus stops going to Times Square. The apartment is large enough to acomodate 5 persons as the couch in the living room is for one adult, bed linen and towels are provided, the cleaning is quite well. the issues with the oven and the toaster haven't been fixed, we couldn't use them.

Overall impression was good. The location was ideal for sightseeing in NYC. Easy trip via the nearby Lincoln Tunnel. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults/teens. Apartment was clean and as advertised. Excellent air conditioning! Owner responded quickly and parking was available nearby. The only downside were the sighting of 5 cockroaches: 1 in the kitchen and 4 in the bathroom. The addition of ice cube trays in the freezer would be a nice addition.

At first glance of the property I was worried. The elevator up to the room was small. Parking for a big truck was tight. However when we got up to the apartment it was just as pictured. The locals of the area seemed friendly. The internet didn’t work for the majority of the stay but we were able to access our hot spot from our phones. Later in the stay the internet did work. We couldn’t get the Oven to work and no pans provided to bake. The bus to New York runs every 15 minutes and pick up is right across the street from this apartment. Was very please how easy it was to get to and from the city by the bussing system. Claudia was very response and helpful. Over all I would stay in this apartment again. We had a great time and seen a lot of New York which was the goal of the trip. Thanks for the hospitality Claudia!

Very nice apartment, in a very good condition, with all necessary items. Claudia is a very good host, she tries to accommodate your wishes and the communication was always fast and easy.
