Located in Union City, this charming condo for $175 per night is a great option for your next break. Family apartment, fits 7 guests. All that you need for a perfect trip with family or friends. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with lots of closet space. Professionally decorated and with all the essentials to make you feel home and in style. We offer private parking for a daily fee. Laundry room in a common area. Stores and restaurants walking distance. Bus stop steps away and the dream commute to the big apple ! We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable. • Check In time is at 16:00 PM • Check Out time is at 11:00 AM • No Smoking • No Pets Allow • The use of illegal drugs is prohibited • No dirty dishes at the time of check out. • Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds. • A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out. • Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises. • Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment. • Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately. • For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises. • All visitors must notify and be authorized by us. • Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc). • You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car. • Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

This cozy little flat was perfect for our weekend theater-bender! Gave you the feeling of big city living at a more affordable rate. We were within a 20 min drive to Manhattan, so we shared an Uber. Room enough for all 6 of us- we just had to work out the shower schedule. Great views and felt safe. Super easy check in and out and great communication!

We had a great stay at this Vrbo, a few things that could’ve made the visit go smoother was to have the kitchen a bit more stocked, such as a baking pan or cooking spray ect. The bedroom with the full bed gets really hot at night unless you keep the door open, also parking was pretty expensive. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a very unpleasant experience, the beds are super small and the sheets smelled horrible. We had to sleep on the floor because it was more comfortable.

Great price for a large group. If you’re using this house for a NYC vacation just be prepared to pay $60-80 a day for parking and driving. This will still be cheaper than riding the subway/bus to get around.

Although the outside of the building looked a bit foreboding, the apartment was spic-and-span. It was very close to our work venue, and the bus transportation into New York was really convenient and really reasonable. Teeny, tiny kitchen, but adequate for our needs. It would have been nice to have a dresser or some shelves or something to store our clothes since we were there for 2 weeks, But all in all, I would stay there again for the convenience and the cleanliness.

Overall the stay was great. The only thing was the water pressure in the kitchen but it wasnt anything major. I would definitely stay here again. The bus to go to NYC was nice and close. One bus came every hour and then multiple ones came in between. They all go to different locations in NYC but still easy to find your way around. I believe the elevator shuts down at a certain time because I got stuck in it for about 20 mins. Lol. I would most definitely recommend this place. They respond promptly to messages and very friendly. 10 thumbs up

Where to start ? The apartment building is run down. The apartment had a strong odor of gas. The owner is all about money , charged us for parking which should’ve been included in the stay because it’s a apartment building . Also she charged us for wash towels because they had dirt stains from soap scum and body dirt. The WiFi didn’t work I reached out to her and no response. Charged more on my card than we agreed on . SCAM DONT GO HERE !

We found this property to be exactly as advertised. The apartment was very clean and very reasonably priced for a trip to the area. We were visiting our oldest child who lives in Manhattan, and chose to stay in New Jersey to save on expenses, and have a large enough place for the family to spread out. We have stayed in urban apartments before and found that noise from the hallway makes it uncomfortable. This was not the case with this location. The bedrooms are Tucktaway towards the back of the apartment, and aside from some general street noise at times, it was very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay at locations hosted by Claudia in the future when we visit.

The place was nice it was near everything we needed, Claudia was very nice and had everything detailed prior to coming. Only problem we had was the oven didn't work for us but that was no big deal but Claudia said she will get it fixed, also the elevator was outdated so we got a stuck a couple times for not closing the door hard enough. I will definitely stay here again because of the customer service that was provided
