Didn’t expect much, and got disappointed still.

The bus shuttle to and from NYC (Port Authority Bus Station) stops directly in front of the hotel which is very convenient, and the drivers were very friendly.

Well, where should I start? - ROOM: - the room smelled extremely weird, almost as if somebody decided to smoke inside of it - the room itself wasn’t very clean either. There were some dirty spots in the corner of the room, and some hair on the bed sheets and towels. - BREAKFAST the “breakfast” consisted of Bagels, and Cream Cheese. No fruits, no other options. The Apple/Orange juice was good tho. - STAFF I went to a concert one night, and asked one of the staff members before, if he could tell me how to get from Brooklyn to the hotel as quickly as possible, unfortunately he didn’t really care to answer my question.

Regrets spending my money here. Look elsewhere.

Not at all up to the standards of Wyndham group. Whyndam hotels are usually much better. This one is mediocre but still expensive

Staff response is not very pleasant. The place is more like a mid level lodge. No coffee machine in room.

Proximité et accessibilité! Près de NYC, à l’entrée du Tunnel Lincoln, Autobus à 3,50$ à la porte de l’hôtel!

Déjeuner Bagel fromage à la crème seulement. Jus orange/pomme/ café les 3 jours.

Clean, cheap, place to stay for a night or 2 in Jersey. A little noisy. Close to MetLife Stadium.

It was nice that there was coffee and bagels for a quick breakfast before checking out. Room was neat and clean and staff was cordial. Check in/out was quick and easy Decent value for location

Instructions for catching shuttle from NYC were unclear Location was loud being right next to expressway entrance, but ok for a one night stay close to MetLife Stadium Staff automatically assumed the male in our party made the reservation, so I was ignored initially upon check in.

I enjoyed the amenities, but not the surprise deposit.

Amenities; having a coffee mLer, fridge and microwave was great! The roach that was crawling on the floor in the morning no so much.

The unexpected $100 deposit, if I've booked and you have my credit card and I've paid in advance, why the surprise $100, I don't care that it's returned it was an inconvenience. Further more I do not belive it was written in the fine print, when I reserved my room.

Ok for 1 or 2 nights, but No elevator!

Location was good, Right off the road to the highway from NJ and to the Lincoln Tunnel. Service staff were good. Ok maybe for 1 or 2 nights (few pieces of luggage) but no more than that.

No elevator available, No one told us we'll have to climb 15 steps to get to 1st floor and another 10 to 2nd floor. We were family of 6, seniors included and it was hard to take all luggage to the room. Nobody in the hotel available to help. Bathroom had a leak.

will not recommend. even the location wise there are very good hotels nearby.

shower not working properly and mould/water everywhere. Breakfast is very limited to Bagel & cheese cream. nothing more. if you cannot afford another 30-50$, this is what you get here. i will definitely not recommend this to any of my friends. Also they charge 100$ deposit and they do not accept major credit cards. what is the purpose of credit card while reservation? staff was rude at the payment time.

Very bad experience and will ask everyone to avoid them. Very unprofessional. We booked the property months in advance and when we arrive at the reception they said booking is cancelled. Booking was not cancelled at my end neither at Booking.com end. I had to call booking.com support who confirm booking still valid and they also speak to reception but the hotel was not willing to honour the booking price and was quoting a new price stating my previous booking do not exist. Entire experience looks scam. Eventually we booked another hotel near Times Square.

Very good

The price was great for the area and there is a shuttle that stops right outside the front door that takes you to the bus depot in Manhattan for $4 cash! That was the beat! It does only run until 10pm, so we had to take am uber back after our show which was about $50.

Breakfast was a bagel and juice, just be aware that's all there is. The bathroom had a very small vanity and the pipes must be backwards because you couldn't get the shower very warm without turning it off.

Friendly staff.

Breakfast Is poor. Only saw bagels. I don’t like how the bus drop off is down the street. Should drop off out front. Other hotel I stayed around the corner dropped off our front. I’d pay more to get dropped off at the motel. Price for roll away is a bit much. Should not be charged per day.

Will not come back ever

No extra chair

Front desk prefer cash not credit card. My 2 credit cards cannot be used in their POS machine and declined 6 times. But 10mins ago it works! I called bank a few times they said only received 1 payment application but didn't go through. Now the credit card status is good and it's good to go but still not working in front desk So I paid more than 500 cash！but when I bought food next door it works, isn't that funny?!

It was next to a good bus service to NYC

the breakfast was dismal, the breakfast space was a joke, steep stairs to our room no offer of assistance with the bags, noisy and tired. Will not be staying here again

Very cheap location - easy to go to the Times square - clean rooms - comfortable mat but noisy rooms

In the breakfast it was served only baggels and some juice, coffe and that it. So nothing special. If you expect to much more you will be disappointed.

Very noise room. You can heard every single car but if you are tired enough you wouldn't hear them at all. So be sure that you will be tired.

You get what you pay for!

Air conditioning Fridge, tea and coffee and microwave provided. Bed was quite comfortable. There was a regular shuttle bus service into Manhattan and back ($4 cash pp each way).

The room was quite dark (one small window) and only one lamp worked. Very dated decor. We needed to run the hot water for a long time before stepping in the shower. The shower head was not good.

Worst breakfast I ever had from a hotel. they don't even provide a piece of fruit, cereals or hot milk. We only got some plain round bread and cheese for breakfast

nothing special but perfect for a budget stay vary clean bus that takes to nyc was perfect easy back and forth will stay again Avon all the nyc traffic and paying to park at $3.50 a person for the bus u can’t go wrong
