Amazing stay

This is a fantastic hotel. Really clean with very friendly staff. We arrived early and they accommodated us straight away. The beds were soooo lush. I could have spent all day in bed. Just a perfect hotel for a stay in New York.

Gutes Hotel von dem man mit einem Bus schnell in New York ist.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gab rund um die Uhr Kaffee oder Tee.

- Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an einer Schnellstraße. Daher ist es nachts relativ laut. - Der Duschkopf war verkalkt und daher kam nur sehr wenig Wasser aus der Dusche

Muy bonito lugar,

Me gustó la limpieza, el cuarto era grande, bien iluminado, baño amplio, es cercano a New York, me ayudó el personal, recibieron mi pedido que hice de Amazon.

Llegué temprano (antes del check in), y quería dejar las maletas pero para poder dejar cobran, quizá sea normal en New York/New Jersey, pero no me es normal que me cobren. La web del transporte del hotel no era muy amigable, yo quería reservar para regresar solamente y no había opción.

Extraordinary

Tremendo hotel para ir a NY. Definitivamente sera mi opcion de ahora en adelante para ir a NY. Cafe 24hrs free, las instalaciones impecables el personal de maravilla. El mantenimiento lo solicitas atravez de un barcode y lo hacen. Hice checkout a las 11am y mi vuelo salia a las 9pm. Me guardaron las maletas hasta que regrese de NY. Definitivamente esta en mi top 3 de estadias en hoteles. El bus hacia NY solo $3.50 p/p a 5mins del hotel. Simplemente extraordinario!

Superb

The transportation available to the city was limited. We stayed here not knowing there was such limited train, bus, shuttle service. Thats really my own fault. The hotel was beautiful and clean.

The up lights used outside the building shined right into the room. The lights were blue.

perfect place to sleep near NY

2-3 mins walk from a buss to Times Square Free Coffee station at the lobby 24/7 Free Parking bed is so comfortable room was very clean wifi, fridge, microwave all what you need if you will not stay in New York

There is no view from the room window 10-12 mins walk back from the buss stop to the hotel

Disappointing

The hotel was clean and had free parking.

Had poor experience with this hotel because: i) They ignored our booking.com reservation since the main person on the reservation arrived later than the rest of the group (whose names were on the reservation also). Charged another person's credit card in the group for slightly higher price than the original reservation, indicating zero flexibility and understanding. ii) We had to cancel one of the rooms in our reservation passed the cutoff and while they charged us for the room, they did not offer us to use the room so our group can stretch out a little! iii) There were four people per room and while they charged extra fee for each person, they provide only one single-serve shampoo and other stuff in each room for the entire two nights we stayed!! We asked for cleaning touch-up after the first night and they said we only clean rooms in the third day of stay! Brough us some sheets and bed cover and refused to fit them on the beds and left the sheets for us to take care of!! The hotel is in an industrial-feeling neighborhood and is only good for night sleep. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience given the very high price we paid.

Good Gateway to NYC

Fridge and microwave in the room. Comfortable pillows. Nice bathroom. Close to bus stop to get into the city.

The TV remotes are awful. They don't have enough buttons to perform all the tasks they should. The hallway near the elevator always felt like there was a window wide open, it was freezing and breezy.
