About this apartment rental

Within minutes of the beach and sea, restaurants and unspoiled nature. Can you better that?
This is a friendly condo in pretty Santa Cruz. An attractive pool and deck area provides the focal point. Our apartment is up one flight of steps in a quieter corner of the complex.
We have one large king-size bedroom with air-con, a second smaller queen bedroom - with a ceiling fan - with two bathrooms and all the usual amenities.
We have upgraded it to create a modern Mexican feel: traditional arts complement a contemporary atmosphere. We're always exchanging different paintings, photos or hangings on the wall.
We also have a newish kitchen: it's not bigger but it is far more functional and the granite working surfaces give it a hint of luxury.
Leading out of the double patio doors, you'll find yourself on the terrace. It is small and secluded. Okay so you don't have beach, mountain or pool views but we have been told over and over again by our renters and friends, that its position in the complex is enviable for the tranquillity and shade. We cultivate our plants to give it a bit of a garden feel!

Booking and check-in was very smooth. Communication with host Fiona (friendly & knowledgeable!) is available if there are any issues. The grounds are lovely and peaceful and the room is cozy and colourful. Has everything in it you would need, beds are comfortable. Nice to have the two bathrooms and air conditioning. The pool is perfect temperature to cool down. The ceiling fan on the deck is super helpful for the hot days and nights even though it's well shaded and private. Always felt very safe.
Location of the complex is really great. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and the outdoor market. Only a five minute taxi ride into La Crucecita if you're looking for more action or nightlife. Definitely looking forward to returning!

Place was in spotless condition and had loads of amenities. Kitchen is well stocked with pretty much everything you could possibly need. Condo is in corner, with no view, but is nice and close to a gate leading to a paved walkway to the beach. Pool area is beautiful, clean and welcoming.
Be sure to read the posting carefully- there is only air conditioning in one bedroom and Huatulco is HOT (over 30C every day and only cools to around 24C at night. There are ceiling fans, but two of us had trouble sleeping with the heat. If you are needing air conditioning, this is not the place for you unless you stay in the big room. Also, the small bedroom without air conditioning has a double bed- it is Not a Queen size bed (the listing is a bit confusing because it calls the bed a double in some parts and queen in others). The large bedroom has a king sized bed and air cond.
Overall, great location and nice condo!

The condo unit was lovely and far enough away for the pool to be quiet. The second floor entrance also means that you will have privacy on your balcony.
It was easily less than a 5 minute walk to the Santa Cruz beach for those early morning swims.
The kitchen is has every thing you need if you like to cook your own meals.

Great place! Fiona communicated with us whenever we had questions and was very helpful. The condo has everything you might need and you can catch a taxi to Cruececita or any of the beaches right outside the front gate. Very secure building. If you don’t want to go into Cruececita there are a few shops and restaurants right in the area, but we preferred La Cruececita. Bank is only a block away. Internet was good. Pool was a little chilly but refreshing! Overall the location was great and the condo had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again in the future!
