Excellent location, outstanding views, exceptionally helpful staff, ferry and buses right outside your door. A plethora of excellent restaurants and bars outside your door, Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna only a short trip away. The breakfast buffet was incredible, sitting in the terrace eating whilst encompassed by the mountains and lake was nothing short of surreal.

Great view of lake, clean, good location next to ferry and bus stop. Staff helpful.
3 power cuts in 3 days; cleaners noisy in mornings. Hotel a bit tired. But it’s reasonably priced.
