Tasteful, well-located, friendly hotel with a spacious lobby and convenient amenities. Coffee maker in the room, AC, good wifi, helpful staff. Room is cozy and tastefully furnished. I hope I'll be back one day. Excellent value for money.
Nothing really, except that there was no garden/balcony. Not all staff is equally friendly (the evening staff was great).

The breakfast room was very pleasant. The hotel is nicely decorated.
I'm not a big fan of automating hotels to reduce staff. I choose to stay in hotels because I like to be taken care of when I'm not at home. I don't think guests should need to do self check-in's on a screen or cook their own eggs. Service is the primary market offering of hotels.
