Lovely little independent hotel, kind staff, bicycle hire and a fantastic, generous, good quality breakfast each day.
The evening restaurant also offered very good food.
The fuss about taking coffee upstairs. Grown adults can carry a cup of coffee up one story without spillage !

The husband and wife owners were wonderful as was the staff. Good food and prices in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. The room was very comfortable and they had our large bags carried up the stairs for us. The sea was just across the street.
I would have prefered a sea view room but we did not arrive until 7 so they were probably taken. This end of the island does not have any shops or other restaurants that you can walk to. Saint Martin has many so you can drive to them.

The staff and the facilities were excellent. The restaurant provided my best meal of my trip.

The rooms are well decorated and furnished, with comfortable beds. The weather was chilly and the heating worked well as did the hot shower.
Breakfast was a disappointment and not cheap at 13 euros. We arrived at just after 9am to find the fridge poorly stocked with the usual French buffet breakfast items and the coffee stewing on a hot plate. The receptionist was doubling as waiting staff and items were not being restocked.
