Exceptional

Fantastic apartments overlooking the bay next to Sveti Stefan. Highly recommend - near all the restaurants and supermarket within a short walk. It’s 20 minute picturesque walk along the coast to Sveti Stefan. Blazo the owner is very accommodating

Favourite place in Montenegro!

The property and location is unbelievable - absolutely stunning. The water is crystal clear and so wonderful to swim in. Sunsets from the property were amazing. Great location to drive into Budva for an evening, great location to walk to Sveti Stefan, plus the town itself is a great location - cute restaurants, a grocery store, and q beautiful beachfront. The host was so wonderful, friendly, and helpful. On our checkout day, he proactively let us know there was a lot of traffic in the direction we were headed and let us stay a couple hours later than checkout. Also much appreciated that housekeeping comes daily to provide fresh towels (vs Airbnbs).

Top notch in every way

Possibly our favorite rental of all time. This place is magic. Ocean on both sides, gorgeous sunset views from the huge covered patio as well as from each bedroom. Walkable to all sorts of great beaches, restaurants and markets. Friendly, family-owned property even providing daily room cleaning. Very handy having a washing machine and kitchen. Our family of 4 stayed for 5 nights and can't wait to return someday. There are only a few units and they all looked great, but there are also a couple at the very front of the property, closest to the ocean, with unobstructed views. Fantastic value for the money and 100% recommend!

Wonderful place to stay

It is literally located above the sea. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Small grocery store just a few steps away. Excellent view. Everyday cleaning and towel replacement.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Just to mention something: some facilities look like used for a few years and it would be nice to renew them but absolutely nothing critical.

Great apartment above the sea in the cute village

Very accommodating host, very easy and smooth communication. Extremely friendly, we really felt like home. And the place is so authentic and quite. The balcony is just above the see, you cant be any closer. The village itself is cute and charming, and few amazing beaches around!

One of the best stay We had on holidays overall. Nice restaurants nearby. You can visit Kotor (40m) or even Dubrovnik (3h) if you want from here. The place was really clean.

The location is perfect. And transportation was convenienct to either coast line or central area ,The host was extremely help. He brought us bottle of water at our arrival due to all shops closed on Sunday. Then taught us how to fish calamaris in the evening. Ideal place for fishing.

It would be best if there are toaster or small coffee machine for breakfast making.

Perfect location very close to the Przno beach and about 15 mins walk to Sveti Stefan beaches. Very good cafes, bars, restrains and taverns near by. Very friendly and kind local people - the main wealth of the place!

The only thing we missed was a microwave.

No one to meet us when checking in or out, no key left to lock the apartment. messaged the owner but no response. when checking out we just left as didn’t hear from them and then heard 6 hrs later. no recommendations for any local restaurants or things to do.

beautiful location. balcony view was spectacular and right on the beach and was spacious. bathroom was also very spacious for European standards which was nice. hosts very friendly and attended to our needs.

Charming traditional style house right on the beach. The view from our terrace in three directions was the sea. You don't have to go to the beach, just because you're on the beach. I don't know if there are other such places around the оverbuilt area of Budva.

Amazing apartment over looking the beautiful Przno Bay,a secret haven,don’t tell anyone!!!!!!!

Fantastic location,built on Przno Bay headland just south of Budva.The bay has restaurants,cafes bars,boat trips and a convenience store,literally steps from Kazanegra apartments.We chose a 2 bedroom apartment fully equipped for self catering which had high quality bedding,linen,towels and a lovely shady deck overlooking the beach.

We would like to see an in-room Information sheet about the surrounding area,such as walking trails to close by Sveti Stefan,local bus and taxi costs and maybe a local map.

Best location near budva and sveti stefan

Prime location, sleeping with the sound of the waves. 15 mins of walking to two excellent beaches, 20 mins to sveti stefan. 10 mins by car to budva old town. Plenty of good restaurants in front of your doorstep. Free parking on site. Daily cleaning service. Highly recommended!

Splendid view

Location was splendid. The facility was overlooking the beach. And you could simply bask in admiring nature stationed in one place...(if you're a serial nature lover like me). There's a shop very close by, and a restaurant and coffee shop(all a minute away). And you can explore the area a little further, the parks and beaches around. There's also a cave I think. There was good heating.Overall, good facility.

There was a bit of an issue with the hot water downstairs. The weather was still quite chilly. That was quite frustrating for me.

It's a beautiful location

The property is located in a beautiful location. Unfortunately it was a storm and low season. We had a little issue with checking in as the host was not aware we are coming and no one was waiting for us at location. When storm finished it was absolutely stunning to be so close to the beach and small rock Island with ruins. The rooms were decent and bath even had jacuzzi option. It's close to S hiveti Stefan too.

The kitchen was ill equipped and washing machine was old and didn't work well.
