We had the best time in Sunshine residence.

The owner (Dror) and the staff did exceptional efforts to make our stay comfortable, enjoyble and fun, he even picked us up from the pier (when he didn't needed to) and showed us the city on the first day. The villa was equipped with everything you need and it felt like a home for us, right on the beach. The rooms was big and warm and well designed, the kitchen had every appliences we needed and when the microwave had a problem they replaced it with a new one. We had the best time and recommending Sunshine Residence.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Was a great experience and made our holiday even better.

The location was amazing. Stayed in the beach villa right on the beach and great views from front door/balcony ! Lovely staff who were so friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Fresh Fruit for breakfast too!!

Nothing! Stay was perfect and no issues whatsoever.

Dont miss this place

The villa itself was amazing . Everything was super clean , the pool was great and the private peach is about 30 sec walk from the villa. The staff were incredible!! Ae helped us with anything we needed and she is super nice . Dror drove us from and to the pier and also made sure that we had anything we needed overall it was the best place we stayed in our whole trip in Thailand

The first class service provided by the landlord and all the staff, they never refuse any of your requests. The villa is on the edge of a quiet beach.

A little paradise

A room with a view, a delightful garden and 5-star spa on the terrasse! Due to the covid situation, no one on the beach, it was nothing but heaven. The beach is just 50 feet from the bed. The house is well equipped.

The maid comes ones in the middle of the week stay. I think twice would be better.

Beautiful and idyllic location

We had such a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing time here. The host, Natacha, is a very friendly and helpful person and was always on call if we needed to ask her anything. The location is just perfect if you're looking for somewhere to enjoy the beach - it was during quiet season when we stayed and was like we had the whole beach and ocean to ourselves. The home itself is beautiful, clean, large and modern, and the jacuzzi in the garden is perfect for relaxing in after a dip in the ocean. There's a small resort next door which serves lovely food and drinks (the prices are quite reasonable too), and there are a few more resorts scattered up and down the beach, so you needn't leave the beach if you don't want to venture far. As a bonus, there was the most lovely stray dog ever, who befriended us during our stay. She would wait outside for us every morning and walk up and down the beach with us. It was so sad to leave her behind, especially when she ran after our taxi as we left :'(

Everything was fabulous but it would have been even more perfect if there were a washing machine or at least a clothes line so we could have washed our clothes. As the house is by the beach, it's quite a trek to the main road, so we recommend getting a moped - the lovely Natacha arranged bikes for us, which were dropped off and collected right outside the villa.

Perfect!

A really nice and quiet place to stay. The house is next to the beach having a wonderful view of the neighboring island Koh Samui. Have stayed there during our last week in Thailand. We all had a lot of fun over here. As there's a fully equipped kitchen we enjoyed cooking or own diner (you'll get everything you need in the Big C supermarket close by). And if you need help or advice just ask Natascha. Will surely come again. Thanks.
