The apt is clean and comfortable. Located in a residential area yet close to everything either by walk or bus.
Kitchen rolls were missing. Also, there is a piece of laundry hanging from the window that needs to be removed 😂

Location. Good bed and linens and towels. Nice furniture
Hauling luggage up to the first floor from ground floor. Elevators starts on first floor.

We liked the location and the furnishings were nice and comfortable. The beds had comfortable mattresses and good reading lights. It was easy to get into the building and the apartment.
There were no instructions for how to operate the A/C and the apartment was too warm at night. There was no laundry or dishwasher detergent. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were too small and few and slipped behind the mattress on the Murphy bed. The textured pillow case and duvet cover did not feel very good against the skin. The kitchen faucet was wobbly and it was challenging to carry our luggage up the first flight of stairs to the elevator.

The apartment was charming and French. There was a church and small park right outside the door. It was very clean. It also had heated floors. It has two queen sized beds. One in a small bedroom and the other is a Murphy bed. Unlike American Airbnb or VRBO, there were no check out requirements. Just leave the key and go. The shower was OK and there was a lighted/heated bathroom mirror. There is a grocery store and several restaurants within a 15 - 20 minute walk.
We got to Paris early with checked luggage as do most Americans. I asked if we could just drop our luggage early and then check in at the required 4:00 PM. They said yes. We hired a van to the location and the host did not/would not respond once we arrived at 10:00 AM. We stood on the sidewalk for almost an hour sending messages to the host until we found a luggage storage place in the general area. We hired another van to take us there to drop off our luggage. Then we had to hire a van again to take us back to the apartment with our luggage when it was ready. They claim there is a lift. You have to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs before you reach the lift and it holds one person and one piece of luggage. Good luck with that. If I were much younger it would not have been an issue but we are senior citizens. Also, if you are an American, remember to bring your own wash cloth. They are not a thing in Europe. Luckily the local grocery store had one.
