Primera vez en Máncora y una terrible atención en el hotel "Don Giovanni"

Una pésima atención desde el primer momento

Me dieron una habitación con VISTA AL TECHO de otra casa a pesar que PAGUÉ por una habitación con VISTA AL MAR; no quisieron cambiarme de habitación indicando que no tenían (dijeron que la culpa era de Booking en la reserva), no me quedó mas alternativa que quedarme fue la primera vez que visitábamos Máncora y esta experiencia no la olvidaré por lo terrible que fue. NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE Y por la noche había demasiados zancudos, a todos nosotros y en especial a mi hija le picaron muchísimos. A la salida no quisieron entregarme el LIBRO DE RECLAMACIONES.

This property overcharges you with the credit card, and i'm not talking on the VAT, they advertise a price but convert it way higher in dollars so the total amount end up being more than initially. I was meant to pay 93 USD and with the VAT and overcharges it ended up costing 115 USD. so you aren't exactly saving money so be aware of that if booking through here...

If it weren’t for the amazing view from the balcony, I would have left.

Location is great and my room had a tremendous balcony overlooking the beach

The staff is quite enthusiastic, the hotel is right next to the sea, beautiful scenery.

Dirty room When we checked in, they just started installing the TV No wifi The bathroom water is weak The bed was creaky, didn't change the bed sheet even though I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights Water loss 1 time, power failure 1 time in 2 days 3 nights There is no restaurant serving lunch and dinner. Breakfast is not rich

This is in my opinion the best location in Mancora.

Room for 40 a night did not have hot water, sparse furnishings, breakfast was sad and very low effort, staff were not interested in me anyway.

It was nice, but I would not stay here again.

Our balcony was right on the beach with large sliding French doors, the view is amazing. Breakfast is nice, and the food you can order is pretty good. The hotel is located in a very walkable area.

A neighboring property plays music all day long, and it could be heard from our hotel room as early as 8 AM. It's not this hotel's fault since they aren't the ones playing the music, but unfortunately it is part of the experience. If you want a quiet and peaceful stay on the beach, you will have better luck at a hotel slightly to the west. The shower leaked water through the wall into the bedroom and the hotel's solution was to put some towels on the floor. This is definitely not a brand new issue, and it will indubitably evolve into a health hazard to people who are sensitive to mold.

A hotel with a good location.

Great location if you like to watch surfers and enjoy the ocean view. Also, you can find a good number of seafood restaurants within a walking distance. We loved the fact that our room was cleaned everyday. They provided us with sopa, shampoo and toilet paper on a daily basis. Good cleaning personnel! 👍🏻

Most of the people staying at the hotel did NOT wear a mask when they were inside the hotel. We stayed in a good room with a nice view, but we could hear a lot of noise when people walked in the room on the third floor right above us. Breakfast is not bad at all, but it should be served earlier, and maybe offer one or two more options.

Never staying here again

The location was nice.

Staff was incredibly frustrating especially the owner. The owner is an absolute clown. We had to leave our surfboards downstairs in their garage/surfboard storage. The power went out for maybe an hour and someone stole our boards and leashes just left behind the travel bag. Owner came to us and said it’s our fault for not taking them to the room after staff had said leave them there, and offered a loaf of bread for consolation. Also no wifi in the room breakfast isn’t ready until 9am at the earliest this place I would not recommend. Also had to have been hotel staff who took the board because only when the lights go out it disappears. Would not recommend.
