Skvělá poloha naproti Lyeru, u všech turistických tras. Dětské hřiště s houpačkou a trampolínou hned u vchodu, s výhledem na klokany. Zurčící potůček pod okny. Parkoviště u ubytování

Penzion Pupík je v krásné lokalitě v Modravě. Naproti penzionu je pivovar Lyer, který nabízí snídaně i celodenní stravování. Výhodou je bezproblémové parkování. Pokoj, ve kterém jsme byli ubytovaní byl malý, lehce ošuntělý. Koupelna byla také malá, sprchová růžice nešla seřídit. Ale sprchový kout dobře těsnil!!! Kuchyňský kout v pokoji jsme nevyužívali. Postele byly vcelku pohodlné a čisté. Penzion bych doporučila rodinám s dětmi. Je zde velká společenská místnost a velká společná kuchyně.
K dispozici nebylo mýdlo a malé ručníky na ruce. Ne všechny žárovky svítily. Noční stolek s lampičkou byl jen u jedné postele, i když u druhé postele na něj bylo také místo.
