Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit schönem Innenschwimmbecken am offenen Kamin und sehr gemütlichem Aussenbereich. Die Einrichtung lädt zu Fotoshootings ein. Nette Mitarbeiter. Für einen Wellness Tag perfekt.
Das Zimmer war sehr aus der Zeit gefallen, im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen, wird sehr warm. Schwieriges 'Gourmet' Abendessen (wenn möglich weglassen).

Sehr schöne Anlage, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ,wunderschön angelegter Garten.
Kein Kaffee oder Tee Angebot auf dem Zimmer.

Personal war sehr freundlich, der Wellness Bereich war wunderschön. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit guter Auswahl. Leider war das Restaurant vor Ort nicht offen, aber es gab fußläufig einer Alternative. Der See war auch fußläufig erreichbar. Es gab mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten, wir haben direkt vor den Zimmer geparkt.

The Spa was very good, the saunas are very clean and well sized. The pools are great.
The location next to the lake and proximity to the zoo make the location fantastic.
The breakfast is extremely diverse and well presented.
If you don't book dinners in advance you're asked to use the a la carte restaurant, which is not good at all: Extremely expensive and very bad value for money. There are no dinner alternatives in walking distance.
There's a lack of staff around and you don't feel well catered.
Parking is scarce.
The rooms' ambience is somewhat tacky.
