Riad Dada Mouss & Suites

The room we had was great. A cool interior for the whole riad, cleanliness that was clearly well taken care of and amazingly welcoming service from the staff! We found the location to be excellent as it was a short walk from the Main square and the Souks. We Would recommend Riad Dada Mouss to anyone looking to stay in marrakech!

The staff were very attentive and lovely! The rooms were clean and the pool was amazing. Would highly recommend!

The staff was super nice and friendly. The place offers a true Marrakech experience, as it’s located right in the city center. The rooms were clean and cute, and the breakfast featured local food. The terrace was lovely — overall, the place is small but very charming.

The area can be a bit shocking when you first arrive — the place looks smaller than it actually is, and it’s located right inside a very busy Medina market area

- provided Moroccan tea and pastries upon arrival. Made to feel very welcome - excellent positioning to jemaa el fna and other tourist sites. All within walking distance and easy to navigate (if you have Google maps) I purchased an Esim from Saily. ($5 off code HALEOF3337) - pretty Riad and we had the family room which was adequate for 2 people - Abdul was a very friendly host

- no iron provided in the room despite the description on booking.com stating it is included - room was not cleaned. Housekeeping only provide new towels, make the bed and empty the bin. - only 1 v small bathroom bin in the entire room - only 2 small mirrors in the bathroom. No mirror in the bedroom. Full length mirror would be a happy addition - same bedsheets for 7 day stay :( - bathroom not cleaned - shower pressure very low. Difficult to actually feel clean - drainage was also slow. The shower tray would fill with water. - no shower curtain/rail meaning bathroom floor gets wet and slippy - hot water intermittent. In fact we had no water at all Friday morning. Luckily we did not have any trips planned on this day so could wait for the issue to be repaired before getting ready for the day. But had to delay using the toilet as no means to wash hands after - returned from a desert trip late one evening. Showered as we were covered in dust and sand. As I was drying my hair, there was a knock on the door from manager and we were told to turn it off as people are sleeping. This meant we had to sleep with wet hair. - leads me onto the noise. You can hear EVERYTHING. If someone coughs, gets up to use their toilet, motorbikes outside, cats fighting, people moving around etc - family room big enough for 2 but wouldn't recommend any more than that - difficult to locate Riad upon arrival. Google maps does not take you to the exact location. Riad owner should make a simple video to show exactly where it is and send to guests prior to arrival - wd40 required on doors. Would reduce loud creaking when entering/exiting Riad. So as not to disturb other guests
