Old, outdated hotel

The air conditioning units worked. It was close to Coral Bay.

There was mould on the walls. The bathroom fixtures were all broken. No hand towels. No soap in the shower. There was a closet door missing. The closed closet smelled like mould. The bedcover was coming apart. The shower tub must have been changed recently and they never removed the sticker which showed how to install the tub. Very old and outdated hotel. We booked two rooms. The other room was more decent, but still very outdated and had mould in it as well.

It was terrible

we found 2 spiders, one of them was on the “clean” towels and the other one in the bathroom dead. The bathroom curtain had mold and was dirty. Also it was full of ants. The lock on the windows was broken on one side and also we couldn’t fully close it because one side was pulling the other. Besides all of this things we could hear everything that was happening in the house and we couldn’t sleep. A man was screaming at 2:00 am and also a couple of people were fighting until 5:00 am in the hallways. Nobody was there to keep things in order at night and nobody respected that people were sleeping. Definitely not recommended

for one night it was ok.

there was no teapot, out of the four hotels we stayed in Cyprus, only in this one wasnt hot water in the shower.

Quiet, nice place

Quiet place finally, no sound of cars. The owner is very kind who really likes people. Very good price for nice hotel room with private bathroom. You can eat breakfast here, that was delicious. I had also a balcony.

Superb

Wonderful location, views, lovely weather, amazing trips both to the shore and cliffs, and the mountains, rocks, gorges, waterfalls... Cosy, comfortable room with a balcony, lovely mountain view... clean, with sufficient facilities. A very friendly and helpful owner of Bella Rosa and other people we met. We would definitely love to come back next year 😊

ok it was a little tired! it needs a lot of money spent on it, but for the price, you can’t expect gold leaf everywhere. the staff were friendly and Bert helpful, beds were comfortable and the location was very quiet. pool area was also very nice. I will happily return.

Good

The people that works there is really friendly and helpful, can't say nothing bad about them. The building is quite nice (need maintenance and a lot), it has beautiful views everywhere and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The ar was really good, swimming pool good too.

Cleanliness. Never in my life I found so many hair ,long hair, in a place. I spend part of one nigth removing hair from a blanket. The floor was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the pillows wre dirty. Besides that, I like to walk, very very much (And I lost my drivers license haha) this is not a place to go without car, It could change your days. Take that in account please. The sun in Cyprus is an unexplainable force, you could see 28° of temperature and still feel it like 35+ being under the sun. Nothing more to add.

Superb

Nice little place tucked away down a lane among banana plantations. Quiet, peaceful location. A few bars and restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk and, Coral Bay strip is a further 10 minutes. Shuttle bus runs every ten minutes from the bus terminal 1km away. Accommodations is simple, basic but clean. Comfortable bed, fridge in the room, free air-conditioning and excellent WiFi. Nice pool area, cheap drinks at the bar and Kostas, the owner, is friendly and helpful. For the price, it's unbeatable value Perfect for independent travellers.

Peace and Quiet

This was a very relaxed place to stay a little bit away from noise.Excellent for a relaxing holiday.Great value for money.The Bella Rosa family were lovely hosts and we will definitely be returning 😊 .It definitely is advertised as you see it.It was very quirky and full of its own quirky charm

Stay went well accommodation very good, Costa the owner very friendly no hassling at any time, could have been a little closer to rest of resort. Told it was 650 mts more like 1 K if you used main road,but the short cut was well within distance. Would recommend hotel without question.

Looking forward to returning back to the hotel in December 2022 this time for a Month.

Friendly staff and the cleanliness of the place. Nothing was too much for Costas or his staff.. Very good for relaxing at your own leisure.

Escape from the tourists

The receptionist and the owners were very welcoming. Basic but comfortable rooms, all you need. Parking on site is handy too and lovely and quite with a sea view from afar, plus they had the cutest little puppy on site! They made a great recommendation to eat at a restaurant in the hills called The Old Cinema Tavern, which is well worth a visit too.

No kettle or cups in room.
