Good location(3 minutes to beach cafes, restaurants and etc), not a problem to park a car near apartments. Good outside sitting area.

Apartment look not new..
Beds not new - some elements broken(some elements of the mattress lattice fall out), thats why you should make simple repair to sleep well(the next day everything repeats). Hot water in shower not always, or you should wait it too long. Not very good apartment planing - tv in bedroom, and no place to sit and relax in the kitchen, no place to put notebook or ipad.

Spacious,airy,comfortable,very quiet.Big corner terrace,big library,very hospitable common spaces.Very good value for money.Walking distance to everything.Teens friendly.
